Israel panics as the movement to end its illegal occupation gains serious momentum

A new briefing by a policy thinktank has shown how sales for the biggest Israeli defence company have suffered because of growing support for Palestine, proving that the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign against Israel’s illegal occupation is working.

Australia To Forcibly Vaccinate Citizens Via Chemtrails

Australia have approved the license application from Big Pharma company PaxVax that will allow them to intentionally release a GMO vaccine consisting of live bacteria into Queensland, via chemtrails.

—This can’t possibly be true, because everyone knows that chemtrails only exist in the imaginations of we, the tin-foil hat-wearing community.–

I accept your apology. Next time, go fuck yourselves.

    • Dear whoever wrote that,

When you say “chemtrails” you’ve lost all credibility. In the real world, of the sane, we call that “Crop Dusting” and it has nothing to do with seeding disease, or mind control or any of that nonsense you believe. And if this WAS that kind of paranoid fantasy, why the fuck would they need a permit, and make it public?!?

      /Idiots piss me off.

      • 17

        From the article:

Aerial vaccines have used in the United States directed towards animals by the use of plastic packets dropped by planes or helicopters.Sanofi (who is one of the largest vaccine manufacturers in the world) has subsidiary companies such as Merial Limited who manufacture Raboral, an oral live-virus poisonous to humans yet distributed wildlife in the
        masses.

I’d call that more than “crop dusting”. Wouldn’t you?

My position is this: Anyone who tells me that this isn’t being done is full of shit. The U.S. Patent office seems to agree with me.

As for “mind control”? I doubt it. Idiots piss me off too.

        • I’d call that site full of anti-semitism, anti-vaccine sentiment and a host of other kookery. I don’t even believe a word in that article, because of their credulous acceptance of so much outright paranoid and racist bullshit.

          • 17
          • Top fold articles on that site: “I Was In The Illuminati I’m Going To Tell You Everything, Shocking Expose” and “Study Suggests Earth Is Ruled By ‘Conservative Alien Race’” I’m sure I could find a host more, if I bothered.

            David Icke, Crazy-town shit, again.

The U.S. military and its defense contractors have over 150+ live and legitimate patents for spraying the sky with nano-particles, all the while the masses are told it’s a “conspiracy.”

Those still unaware of this may be shocked to know these patents are not even hidden from the public. You can read them all for yourself. Despite this open knowledge these programs roll on comfortably as we have observed their spraying techniques change from various forms of chemtrails to aerosolized plumes/injections or chembombs to a mixture of both.

Astoundingly, we are now living at a time when we are surrounded by a
generation of young Americans that think tic-tac-toe is normal in the sky. They think that crazy lines in the sky are part of nature. They see advertisements with lines in the sky and think nothing of it. They have no idea that not long ago there was a time when there were no lines in the sky at all. They have no concept of blue skies and clear starry nights. Shockingly and sadly an integral part of this lack of knowledge is the fear of knowing. More than any other topic, probably the spraying of our skies is cloaked in fear and anxiety of what to do if it is true. Many people would rather not know.

            Operation Popeye
            https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Popeye

          • You’re not making your case, you’re digging yourself a deeper hole.

Serious Question: Do you believe in Chemtrail Conspiracies?

          • 17

I believe it’s possible. If the patents have been granted for use of delivery systems by the military, then there’s a reason. If Uncle Sam can spray chemicals all over Cali to kill bugs in the night, why can’t he spray chemicals to test for the effects of certain drugs or chemicals on humans? It’s not like Uncle Sam has a problem using his own citizens as guinea pigs.

I’ve never lived anywhere that had the skies criss-crossed, so I don’t have first-hand experience. But the net is ripe with testimonials from people who’ve experienced illnesses after aerial spraying.

          • So, your answer is, “Yes,” you do believe that there’s “long-lasting trails, so-called “chemtrails”, are left in the sky by high-flying aircraft, and that they consist of chemical or biological agents deliberately sprayed for sinister purposes undisclosed to the general public.” and that “the purpose of the claimed chemical release may be solar radiation management, psychological manipulation, human population control, weather modification, or biological or chemical warfare, and that the trails are causing respiratory illnesses and other health problems.”

            Good to know.

          • 17

No No No. Don’t pull that shit.

Are you telling me that there’s no such thing as GeoEngineering? Weather Modification? Come on, man.

Do I think they are spraying to control minds or deliberately make people sick?….No.

Do I think they are conducting SOME kind of experiments using Aerial Spraying?….Yes.

Right off the bat you threw me in with nuts by using the term “conspiracy theory”. Look at the links I provided. Follow them at least one link further. That’s my stance.

Alex Jones and David Icke are not my friends.

          • Weather Modification? If you mean cloud-seeding, then I don’t have to believe. But that’s the extent of successful modification of weather by humans, all other claims are unproven assertion, relying on the dark, conspiratorial overtones mentioned above.

If by “GeoEngineering” you mean Climate Engineering, the deliberate and large-scale intervention in the Earth’s climatic system, then that’s not something that has yet taken place, though there’s been much discussion and some research on the possible methodologies and effects. Speculation to the contrary is not based in fact.

I merely asked a question about your stance on Chemtrails Conspiracy. You gave an evasive answer, trying to say both “yes” and “no” at once. When someone responds to a straight-forward, yes-or-no question about conspiracy theories, like Chemtrails, in that manner, it means in my experience that their answer is actually “yes” they do believe. And your response goes on to confirm those suspicions, as you claim “some kind of experiments with aerial spraying.” Spraying? To what End? Where’s the evidence?

You can’t shake the Devil’s hand and then say you’re only kidding.

And I only asked that question because when I pointed the site(s) you linked were full of racism, anti-science and irrational conspiracy theorizing, you launched a full-throated defense of that site(s), which is clearly and inarguably full of crazy-town articles full of antivaxxery, anti-semetic racism and a host of other paranoid nonsense..

          • 17

Ok. “Chemtrails Conspiracy”, I’ll say no. “Chemtrails” showing upm as they are for whatever reason…..Something’s not right. You’ve already decided I’m nuts for even thinking about it, so we can just stop there.

Now then…”Racism, anti-science, and irrational conspiracy theorizing”. You don’t seem to have a problem with that site as a source for the other 3 articles I posted from there. Is that because you don’t have a bias against THAT content? Or have you just not formulated your argument that Monsanto doesn’t need to leave Argentina because they do no wrong? Or that there was no election fraud during the Democratic primaries, so that nutty site should be disregarded for reporting on it? How about BDS and Israel’s illegal occupation of Gaza? Should we count those as “conspiracy theories” too, because they were reported by a site you deem as being one peddling “kookery”?

          • I don’t accept anything on that site as accurate or factual. Just because I didn’t make a negative comment on the links doesn’t mean I support their assertions.

          • Shohanna

He did not say that, goddamn it. He said the same thing I DID. I have an open mind. Dude anything is possible.

          • Shohanna

Do you have a scientific reason why this would be impossible? If not, check your bias it’s showing.

I am done, this is the point. You are not God and you can’t fucking claim you know “ALL”.

Bias is real and we have to fight it every day. IF you are a liberal, and you use SCIENCE to make decisions. UNLESS this particular “conspiracy” is scientifically “IMPOSSIBLE”, then you need to be open to the possibility that it IS POSSIBLE.

Otherwise, you are acting like a goddamned 2 yro. And a conservative. Good DAY.

          • longtime carpenter lurker

Largest cargolifters we have max out around 20 tons of payload, the civilian airliners are considerably less. They would have to be permanently converted, you arent going to hide a meaningful amount of chemicals on a working civilian airliner.

20 tons dispersed into the atmosphere at altitude is simply not enough to do anything meaningful. It disperses immediately, Maybe if there were hundreds of converted cargoloaders dumping in the same place at the same time you might get something meaningful. But dumping a token amount out of a civilian aircraft over the course of hundreds of miles of flight is less than a fart in the wind. Its literally nothing.

We had looked to use heavy bombers to disperse defoliant onto japanese rice crops in the event we had to invade Japan at the end of the second world war. The plan was scrapped as you cannot get any effective coverage dropping from altitude, it disperses to nothing. The plan was scrapped when it was shown the bombers would have had to have flown at around 100 ft in the air, and that simply is not safe.

Barring some exotic sci fi self replicating nanomachine, there is nothing in chemistry that can be spread that far up and have a meaningful impact. Geoengineering is beyond our technology at the moment, 20 tons of sun relfecting powder, or rain causing powder, or mind control powder, released at commercial flight altitude cannot do anything.

Frankly, if you want to control people, dropping 500lb bombs does it better than trying to spray (undefined psychoactive chemical) at 20k+ feet up for the simple reason that the bombs can be guided, the spray cannot.

          • Shohanna

Thank YOU! Just for the record, I did not believe it. Oki? But I don’t make snap judgements on anything which was my point to begin with.

I had the hint that it it’s possible, but not the actual proof or ability to show it. So thanks for that. 😀

          • longtime carpenter lurker

NP, you’re welcome. I’ve always seem that issue as implausible from the engineering standpoint

Also, I fucked up, the C-5 is rated at 80 tons, but its a military strategic airlifter, we dont have many. The An-225 is also a heavy lifter, but there are few of them as well.

The point still holds though, as they would have to be totally converted to do nothing but that job, and I dont believe a large number of converted planes would be able to be hidden, not to mention keeping all the crews, and ground crew silent, as well as hiding the industrial chain necessary to produce chemicals in the amounts needed to make this a daily ongoing thing all across the world.

Anyway, I dont really have a dog in this thing, I just hate that vapor condensation at altitude has been turned into this crazy conspiracy.

          • RTIII

I agree; the whole “chemtrail” stuff is true nut-ville stuff!

          • Shohanna

Yeah, I didn’t buy it either. I meant to say “impossible”. But would be unfair to change it when I noticed I said it backwards. LOL

But i totally get what you were explaining. I get it. Thanks again.

          • longtime carpenter lurker

            Back in the day…

          • Shohanna

Hang on there, While their might not be “nasties” in our “chemtrails” there is scientific evidence of us having a HUGE impact on our climate because of how many planes are in the air. That was PROVEN on 9/11 when every plane was grounded. They saw the difference and all this other “bullshit” came from THAT finding.

We know for a fact that was true. The Temperature jumped around the entire WORLD. Because the planes were grounded. It was recorded on every scientific machine we own. There is no way to even call that “conspiracy”. That was a damned FACT.

Now as for the OTHER unexplained crap, I don’t know. But I am smart enough to withhold my judgement mostly b/c MEDIA IS A FUCKING LIAR! The only thing you can trust is PEER REVIEWED STUDIES. Double blind at that.

SO, I will not say it’s “NOT FUCKING POSSIBLE”.. B/c that’s just as arrogant as them claiming that it IS.

BIAS is a damned fact too. OPEN your mind and see the possibilities. JUST because YOU wouldn’t do it does NOT mean there aren’t EVIL fucking assholes out there who WOULD, and would specifically plan to do so!

The SAME damned reasoning over whether the towers were “BURNED” by a goddamned air plane. NO the FUCK they weren’t. No one will tell me otherwise. I have seen Demolitions (3 of them) PRIOR to 9/11. Those fucking towers were Controlled demolitioned down and killed 3000 people and TONS more from what they put out in the air.

Don’t tell me about “conspiracy” theories. MOST of them are fucking true and the Government doesn’t want you to KNOW it b/c then they would have a REVOLT on their hands and they fucking know it.

So they aren’t going to tell us who, or WHY JFK was murdered on live TV. They aren’t going to tell us that they had a plan with saudia arabia to take down the fucking towers with all those people. AND they sure as hell aren’t going to tell us if they put something in our GMO’s to fucking CONTROL us as they would LIKE to do so they can continue to do their nefarious EVIL on all of us.

YOU are not a member of the ELITE who are paranoid and evil. But damn you need to start thinking like them or we are ALL in a butt load of hurt. And I wouldn’t just say that to some stranger. I would only tell my closest friends to wake the fuck up and stop giving “THEM” a break.

They don’t’ deserve a break after what we have been going through! They took our democracy, they took our freedoms and you want to say it’s “IMPOSSIBLE”.. OH fuck no it’s not.

I am pissed and I don’t want to take it out on anyone, I am sorry. I am going to go beat some mobs. Later guys.

          • That article isn’t talking about the massive deposits of carbon that airliners dump into the atmosphere, which is well-established, reproduced and rational science.

That article (and other articles on those sites) are asserting, in a roundabout and direct way, that there’s “long-lasting trails, so-called “chemtrails”, are left in the sky by high-flying aircraft, and that they consist of chemical or biological agents deliberately sprayed for sinister purposes undisclosed to the general public.” and that “the purpose of the claimed chemical release may be solar radiation management, psychological manipulation, human population control, weather modification, or biological or chemical warfare, and that the trails are causing respiratory illnesses and other health problems.”

All of which is made-up, anti-scientific conspiracy.

          • Shohanna

            Prove it?

Look I am NOT saying it’s TRUE, I am saying that you don’t know that. Seriously. My Dad worked on the minute man missile. He was one of those engineers who thought he was doing good in the world. We wouldn’t have “controlled missiles” without him. Oki? He told me they never mentioned a damned word about using it for nefarious plans they had. He said he wouldn’t have ever DONE that had he known.

There are things that we don’t know and will never know until maybe on our death bed. He taught me to NEVER take for granted what someone / others claim their motives are.

Here you are saying it’s “wrong”. You don’t have any more proof then they do.

That’s what I am saying. IT COULD BE, and you should be aware of your own Bias.

          • RTIII

I would not call the carbon that airliners add to the atmosphere “massive” in any way. I haven’t run the numbers but it’s quite certain that it’s a fraction of a single percent of annual emissions.

What I would say instead is that because of the altitude at which it is released, it is perhaps a “significant” contribution of carbon, but even then a small one.

Ground-level released carbon takes perhaps 20 years to have a maximal effect, high-altitude releases shorten that considerably. … As carbon is opaque to infrared wavelengths, having it above the troposphere means that it has maximal trapping effects straight-away, whereas having it at ground level only traps some heat near the ground.

          • I wont’ argue with you on that, as you’ve no doubt got a better view on the data. I was given to understand that global air-travel accounted for significant portion though.

As always, I’m happy to be pointed to sources that can correct any misconceptions with peer-reviewed evidence. 😀

          • RTIII

I seriously doubt anyone has – any scientist has – wasted his or her time to “research” this laughable proposition.

Jet airliners are performing typical, garden variety combustion. There’s nothing special about it whatsoever except the altitude at which it is taking place – as I already stated.

To know it’s a very minor contributor to emissions all one has to do is tally up all the sources of carbon emissions (by humans) and do a little back-of-the-envelope to estimate the contribution by aircraft at altitude, keeping in mind that a very significant fraction of an aircraft’s fuel consumption happens at or near the surface, depending on the market – “puddle-jumpers” typically never get to altitude… The numbers of ships on the world’s waterways probably outnumbers the number of aircraft in the skies and they pollute WAY more – big ship combustion is the worst of all human combustion, even worse than coal, if I recall correctly – it’s “bunker oil” – barely processed, hardly refined at all, and it’s _extremely_ dirty both in terms of particulates and carbon emissions. Wheeled vehicles – cars, trucks and the like – dwarf both ships and airplanes, and all transportation together is around a third of human emissions…

The only aspect of the proposition worth study – in my view and likely others – is the difference in hysteresis of surface level vs high-altitude emission. That said, I have heard of scientists taking on scientifically stupid studies simply for the purpose of having a legitimate study to point to to shut up the idiots of the world. So who knows, maybe someone HAS addressed this – Google Scholar is your friend.

          • Seems to be a lot of research by a lot of respectable institutions, see my second link above, “Environmental impact of aviation

          • According to the ICAO “Environmental Report 2010: Aviation and Climate Change,” global aviation accounts for 11% of all transport carbon dioxide emissions, with international flights creating about 62% of these emissions and domestic flights representing the remaining 38%

Since transportation, as a whole accounts for, IIRC, 22% of global carbon emissions, I would call my previous views on air-transport a bit exaggerated, but not wholly out of line.

          • RTIII

I highly question any such claims. Perhaps I’ll go look at the study. Those numbers you cite are WAY out of line with what I would expect – 11% of ALL emissions?! HIGHLY unlikely. Beyond that, as I said, what’s worthy of attention is high-altitude; low-level combustion will have a very different in initial effect than high-altitude combustion. So, looking at totals is missing the point – and “International” vs “domestic” is another red-herring – for the USA, most “international” flights will be high-altitude, but for much of the rest of the world, it won’t be, especially for places like Europe where damned near EVERY flight is “international”, even when it’s only going 60 miles. …People who pick up on the wrong important points are often pushing an agenda. My guess would be that’s what’s happening here.

Still, 62% of 11% is only about 6%. So if they’re wrong by a factor of two – and I suspect the factor is likely _at_least_ 2 – then it’s more like 3%… Even the whopping 6% isn’t “massive.” The better word is “significant.”

          • I don’t see that that report’s number are out of line by any factor, with the rather large number of studies cited in the wiki page on the subject. [shrug]

        • The_Fixer

The problem with that article is that they use the term “chemtrails.” There’s a world if difference between the “chemtrail” consipracy theory and what is really going on here, which is akin to low-altitude crop-dusting.

The Chemtrail Conspiracy Theory is based on a lack of understanding of a couple of things. One is that there are aircraft that can transport large enough quantities of a given substance that will actually make anything more than a negligible difference in the makeup of the atmosphere. There is no aircraft capable of transporting the required amount of chemicals to make enough of a difference. Another thing – weather modification done through such things as “cloud seeding” is an extremely localized thing. Upper-level winds disperse any substance that is let loose up there fairly rapidly. No widespread weather modification is really possible with that method.

“Aerial Spraying” is a much more accurate term. And I have problems with this, and they center primarily on the law of unintended consequences. What could possiblie go worng?

I do have to say that this source is not credible. That’s not to say that somebody doesn’t want to do this – it simply means that I’d like a source that doesn’t use the term “chemtrail” in their report. It’s not only inaccurate, but it makes it easy to lump something of real concern with a known conspiracy theory of no merit.

      • RTIII

Six corps control over 90% of the non-internet media in the USA – these are controlled by 6 old, ultra-rich white men – no idea how many, if any, are Jewish.

I have no idea if George has ever paid Al anything, but it seems unlikely.

I have no idea if Merkel has any Jewish ancestry and even if she does, it’s meaningless “data.”

The airplanes did not take down the towers: they were controlled demolition – no idea why you included that one in the bunch! Don’t tell me YOU buy the official story, do you?

        • Shohanna

That was me. I included it to prove a point. O.o

          • RTIII

Uh, OK… I don’t get it. … I’m blaming my lack of coffee and that I’m not feeling very well this AM. . . Feeling kinda … um … woozy.

          • Shohanna

hahah No worries.. Go get some coffee wake up. You be good. 😀

          • RTIII

            Trying.

        • Well, they’re controlled by a small number of old men, but probably more like 60-600, most of whom are White, Anglo-Saxon Protestents.

It’s pretty easy to research the ownership of those 6 companies, and see that their ownership is not made up of some Jewish cabal and certainly not just 6 people.

“controlled demolition” is a well-debunked conspiracy theory. I included that because it was, like all the other quoted headlines I put there, the title of an article on that site.

          • Shohanna

            Did they seriously? O.o

          • RTIII

There are exactly six CEOs who are at the executive leadership position of the six media companies that collectively control over 90% of all non-internet media in the USA.

I have no interest in their genetic heritage.

            We need media divestment NOW.

“”controlled demolition” is a well-debunked conspiracy theory.”

I laugh at the idiocy of that statement.

          • “We need media divestment NOW.”

            100% agreed

“There are exactly six CEOs ”

But they serve are the pleasure of the Board of directors, who are the owners or their representatives. That’s what I’m saying.

“I have no interest in their genetic heritage.”

Ah, but my point was that the originally-linked site site is very much obsessed with their genetic heritage, to the point of skewing anything they might say.

‘Huge Victory for Health’: FDA Orders Antibacterials Removed from Soaps

Triclosan has been shown to disrupt hormones and muscle function, environmental groups say

“Consumers may think antibacterial washes are more effective at preventing the spread of germs, but we have no scientific evidence that they are any better than plain soap and water,” Janet Woodcock, M.D., director of the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), said in a statement. “In fact, some data suggests that antibacterial ingredients may do more harm than good over the long-term.”http://www.commondreams.org/news/2016/09/02/huge-victory-health-fda-orders-antibacterials-removed-soaps

    • The_Fixer

Yes, Triclosan does do a number on your thyroid hormonal production. I have to avoid that stuff and seldom use it as I have a thyroid issue.

In this country, we’ve gotten to be horrible germophobes and don’t understand that we need bacteria. I suspect that the large numbers of people who have allergies and other immune sensitivities are that way because of being raised in an environment that was “excessively clean.”

Let your baby crawl around on a dirty floor. It will do them good. (Naturally, that does not mean that they should crawl around in sewage, and I am sure that everyone here knows that.)

      • cathyx

They have antibacterial wipes at the grocery stores to wipe the cart handles and dispensers at schools on the walls in the hallways, you never know when you need to disinfect, i guess. I was never a nervous mother about germs and my daughter rarely got sick.

        • Same here

          • Nancy

same. I can’t be bothered to keep that clean a house.

          • Lol morning Nancy :^)

          • Nancy

            morning!

I have allergies to the antibiotics. LOL

        • SmotPoker

Damn woman, you sound like should be living in a bubble like the Bubble Boy did….

          • Shohanna

Well, it’s fairly easy to avoid certain things. Latex, oki kinda hard but do able. Antibiotics, I manage to do fairly well here as well. Bees? What are those things, I have seen 2 this summer?! (That’s not a good thing btw).

That covers it pretty much. There just happens to be huge lists within those two. Latex and Antibiotics. Did you know that Dr’s attempt to give them to you anyway, even with documented PROOF you can’t take them!? OH yeah.. **smdh**

      • Yes, and it’s been good money for companies like UniLever to push that germaphobia to the extreme. I’m just surprised that a government regulatory agency is actually opposing them. They must have bad lobbyists, or simply haven’t achieved enough regulatory capture to ensure their interests are represented.

        • RTIII

          They haven’t paid enough!

  • Nancy

    morning!
    from FB.

“So my work associate pointed this out today and I wanted to share.
This is the same paper, same date but from different markets. One geared to help sway the Austin Liberals and the other from a clearly more conservative market. Read the difference in headlines. Crazy!!!”

    • cathyx

Very interesting Nancy. Are both versions found in Austin?

      • Nancy

yes…here is an update and it looks like it was very deliberate.

“Yup. That’s the “liberal media” for you.
EDITED to note that a Snopes article (linked in the comments) points out that the two issues were printed at different times, before and after the meeting with President Nieto.” Lady Grey

        • cathyx

That still doesn’t explain why and what is the reason for it, lol.

          • Nancy

to appeal to two different sides.
rather than taking a stand they are working both sides.

          • cathyx

But they are taking a stand by doing this. Twice.

          • Nancy

exactly-most papers generally take a stand and support one side. this makes Trump look tough and weak so depending on what you think of him-it plays into either view and covers all bases.

      • Nancy

        keeping Americans in the dark.
make no wonder so many think the country is fine and America is exceptional.

        • The, excoriated below, consolidation of media ownership has many deep and disturbing effects.

    • SmotPoker

His photo op at the Detroit church didn’t even make the front pages of the Detroit papers. Hell, the networks didn’t even show the true “crowd” as photos of the event revealed that the place was about 95% empty. They only filled the first 3 rows or so, and most of the people there seemed to be SS, candidate handlers, and press.

      • Nancy

        hahahaha…they are both such losers.

        • SmotPoker

Yep. Such awful choices have not been seen in my lifetime, and I was alive for those heady, carefree days of the Nixon administration.

The FBI’s Fake ‘Investigation’ of Hillary’s Emails

If an Administration wants to be merely pretending an ‘investigation’, it’s easy: identify, as the topic for the
alleged ‘investigation’, not the criminal laws that indisputably describe what the suspect can clearly be proven to have done, but instead criminal laws that don’t. Prosecutorial discretion is now practically unlimited in the United States. This discretion is an essential feature of any dictatorship. It’s the essence of any system that separates people into aristocrats, who are above the law, versus the public, upon whom their ‘law’ is
enforced. It’s the essence of «a nation of men, not of laws».

Meet the mastermind behind Clinton’s massive email coverup

Newly released FBI documents detailing the bureau’s investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails reveal the aide who would likely follow her into the White House as chief counsel was central to a cover-up of evidence sought by investigators.

Yet despite signs Clinton’s former chief of staff Cheryl Mills obstructed efforts by investigators to obtain Clinton’s emails, the FBI invited Mills to attend Hillary’s interview at FBI headquarters as one of her lawyers.

Well, the asshole was correct about one thing: the whole point of genital mutilation is indeed to reduce the pleasure of sex, whether conducted on men or women.

      • Nancy

“We are a population whose men suffer from sexual weakness, which is evident because Egypt is among the biggest consumers of sexual stimulants that only the weak will consume,” Agina reportedly said, as cited by Parlmany news outlet.”

this is his concern-women are going to find other outlets because their men aren’t capable of satisfying them. so once again, lets control the women.

But otherwise alcohol doesn’t agree with me even a small amount makes me puffy.

          • Nancy

            I really wasn’t much of a drug user…

          • RTIII

Well, for the last week I’ve had long days preparing for the open house yesterday. The day before, I worked unit 1:30 AM or so, then, because both my phone and alarm clock were out of service, I had Sho call me to wake me up, but she called about 45 minutes early, so I got not quite 4 hours of sleep. Then, I had a VERY long, full day yesterday. ending around, oh, 10:45 PM…

So, there was plenty of reason to be exhausted, not counting that drinking was going on, starting at around 2 in the afternoon. . . I do nurse my beverages, though, so the grand total wasn’t too high…

          • Nancy

sounds like you have been really busy RT.
that’s a lot going on! hope you can rest and catch your breath!

          • RTIII

Yes, YESTERDAY I was supposed to drive to Sacramento for an over-night car show – was going to sleep in my camper. But my last guest left at close to 10 PM and I didnt’ care to drive to midnight while that tired.

So, I should have left this AM, but too exhausted, so I skipped the show. … My interest in going was financial: They have a HUGE swap meet where I can get great parts cheap and occasionally make some money – customers! 🙂 … But I didn’t go. 🙁

PART of the reason is TOMORROW will be a long full day too! Tomorrow I drive around two to three hours south and pick up a 1969 and a half Karmann Ghia cabriolet (with ultra-rare glass rear window!), and I suspect it’ll be an all-day affair. So, taking a quiet day, not driving FOUR HOURS today – and spending four or more hours walking around in the hot sun – will help me be ready for tomorrow’s business…

          • SmotPoker

I know that if my diet isn’t taken care of, and by diet I mean taking the time to fucking eat something, it can trigger migraines, and feelings of shit within me.

          • SmotPoker

            You have no idea….

For years I would get the worst hangovers with all day debilitating headaches. I was a fairly heavy drinker, a highly functional drunk if you will. I stopped drinking a little over 10 years ago, when after about 3-4 months I got a killer migraine, and kept getting them.

It was at that moment that I came to understand that my “hangovers” weren’t hangovers, but were migraines. It had literally never crossed my mind in my whole life that I suffered migraines. Looking back on it, I remember as a kid having terrible headaches, but I would go take a nap or something, and they would be gone. My mother suffered from them something fierce too.

Awful fucking things that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Woke up with one at 3 am this morning….ugh.

          • Nancy

that is awful Smot…I have the occasional migraine-I can’t imagine having that with a hangover.
            does anything help?

          • SmotPoker

Imitrex is a life saver for me. I’ve also been known to use highly concentrated Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) for them as well. I can take .5 to 1 g of RSO, and it usually will clear the migraine right up, but also leaves me pretty fucked up. That’s a very large dose of RSO. It’s the dose cancer patients would take each day.

          • Nancy

        • FaunaAndFlora

Seems to me that he just told the world he has a few problems south of his belly, if you know what I mean. The arrogance of some men who think little girls should be mutilated because they can’t get it up is appalling.

          • Nancy

            right?
            their control is unending.

    • With the rising of additive manufacturing the lowering of energy costs and the needs of addressing climate change, MBI/UBI is an idea whose time has come.

      • This article is a good read kind of goes through the pitfalls of the UBI and how careful we would have to be when installing one.

        • From my reading, the primary key to success seems to be setting a UBI at above the poverty level and indexing it to inflation.

BUT, I should add, as I’ve been a proponent of (the approaching sensibility of) this for decades now, I’m not as up on the current discussion as I should be.

Voted. Vast majority think that they were fine, but he should apologize. I don’t think he should apologize.

Freedom of speech and Obama and his minions can suck it the fuck up. I voted for him twice. But the truth is the truth.

      • RTIII

?? Take another look! The vast majority said no, they were fine. There was no choice for they’re fine but he should apologize. . . There were only three choices: No, fine, and; Yes, should apologize, and; Yes, should not apologize…

        • SpiffyTheValiant

When I did it, it gave me three choices.

          They were inappropriate.

They were appropriate, but he should apologize.

They were appropriate, but he shouldn’t apologize.

          • RTIII

Oops, mis-read! Why would he apologize if they were appropriate?

You’ve inverted the appropriate vs inappropriate. … Admittedly, the language used was confusing, especially in giving the results… They say:

“No, they were not inappropriate” … thereby phrasing it as a double-negative and inviting error.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Basically, apologize to shut up the outrage machine or because it hurts their campaign would be the logic.

I do not think he should apologize though.

          • RTIII

You are in the vast majority: the remarks were not inappropriate and he should not apologize!

    • SmotPoker

Slightly off topic, but wasn’t Uncle Tom the good guy in the story? It’s been years since I’ve read the classic tale. I always thought it odd that black folks that suck up to the white man were called Uncle Toms.

In the modern world we live in today I suggest we change that to Uncle Ruckus or perhaps the classic Dave Chappelle character Clayton Bigsby….

      • SpiffyTheValiant

Yeah apparently he was the good guy. But somehow it changed in meaning XD

      • RTIII

The term “Uncle Tom” denotes a sell-out to his community. Tom took the easy path. Sure, he was a good guy, but that’s not at all the point.

        • SmotPoker

I understand what the term means, I just don’t get why that character was the adopted logo for all things sellout in the black community.

      • 17

Uncle Ruckus is already being used for that black cop who dresses up like Cap’n Crunch for his Fox News interviews.

When reached for a comment, a spokesperson with the pipeline project declined to defend the firm’s earlier statements about “100% domestic consumption.”

“We will not own the oil that is transported through the pipeline. We are like FedEx. We will deliver the oil to the refineries for the producers,” said Vicki Granado, Energy Transfer Partner’s spokesperson.

The Dakota Access Pipeline route brings oil from the Bakken fields to a hub in Illinois, from which it will connect to existing pipelines that lead to the Nederland, Texas, terminal on the Gulf Coast, a facility owned by Sunoco Logistics, a partner to the Dakota Access project, capable of crude oil exports.

Proof that when you give people a choice between a lying bitch and an honest dumbass, they will choose the dumbass, if given enough time.

Your link yields: “Hmmm… the page you’re looking for isn’t here.”

    • A 1 point lead. LOL. My problem is I don’t think either one of them are really dumb asses. In Trump’s case he’s certainly a boorish, entitled joker, but I wouldn’t underestimate his cunning, you know? It’s true that Trump’s putting on a clown-show, but he’s doing that, it seems to me, to appeal to the segment of voters he’s courting.

      • SpiffyTheValiant

He is either a genius/amazing actor or a complete dumbass who is lucky he was born to a wealthy family. Either way, I would prefer him to Hillary, if I MUST chose. I’m voting for Jill though and have zero fucks to give about any Clintonbot howling.

        • SmotPoker

We need a “none of the above” option that leaves the current POTUS sitting in place until the parties can get their heads out of their asses, and produce candidates worthy of our votes, and trust.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Obama has pissed me off. I feel that his heart was in the right place, but he just didn’t know what he was dealing with. He caved in my opinion. But I acknowledge that I like him better than Clinton or Trump.

          • SmotPoker

Yeah it was pretty apparent within the first couple of weeks that Obama was a sellout, and that his “Hope, and Change” was pure horse shit.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Well still better than McCain and Palin.

          • kreskin

They could not have set the bar any lower.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Oh yes they could. Trump :))

          • kreskin

            Lower than McCain / Palin ? That’s debatable .

          • SpiffyTheValiant

            yeah. way lower.

          • kreskin

            I disagree .

          • kreskin

            We were had .

          • RTIII

No, we need rank order voting, so we can vote for multiple candidates in the order of our choice. This way a great many will vote for someone like, say, Jill Stein… Some would vote for Jill first, then Hillary second, and some would vote for Jill first and Trump second, and in such a system, JILL WINS!

        • He is either a genius/amazing actor or a complete dumbass who is lucky he was born to a wealthy family.

          A little of both, methinks.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Hmm good point. The two aren’t necessarily mutually exclusive.

      • Have you listened to the man speak?

He is a dumbass. His apparent ignorance is something that he ineptly tries to hide. It only proves that it’s not a show.

        • kreskin

He doesn’t care , is not a serious candidate , says whatever pops into his head. I don’t think he’s as dumb and crazy as he makes himself out to be .

          • Of course he’s not a serious candidate. And he never intended to be a serious candidate. He is a bad joke as a human being, always was and he always will be.

          • RTIII

I seriously doubt he’s as bad as all that.

Ever see the movie, “The Producers”? These guys try and make an intentionally bad play in order to scam their investors, but instead it’s a surprise hit!

I think he’s in it to help his friend Hillary win, and, he thinks he’ll make some money along the way.

          • I don’t much disagree with your thoughts on why he’s running, but I still believe it’s as bad as all that.

Our choices during this election cycle is hideously appalling.

When both parties don’t give a Frack about clean water, it’s time to Vote Green in Sixteen,

California and EPA Poised to Expand Pollution of Potential Drinking Water Reserves:http://www.truth-out.org/news/item/37485-california-and-epa-poised-to-expand-pollution-of-potential-drinking-water-reserves

To fend off that change, California launched its own review and, in 2014, began to uncover extraordinary lapses: Thanks to poor recordkeeping and confusion over which aquifers had been written off, the state found more than 2,000 wells were injecting toxins not into exempt areas, but directly into the state’s drinking water aquifers. In 140 cases wastewater was being put into the highest quality aquifers, raising concerns in the state capitol about the threat to public health. California shut down some 56 waste wells last year until it could sort out the mess, and it passed improved regulations that will give the state’s water agency a role in the approval process. Still, it has allowed injection to continue until the end of this year in 11 drinking water aquifers that it has to reevaluate because neither the feds nor state officials are sure whether they exempted them in the 1980s.The state is also allowing injection to continue until next February in other drinking water quality aquifers pending the approval of new aquifer exemptions that would extend that indefinitely.

“Ethics wall between State, Clinton Foundation didn’t extend to staff”

An official at the Clinton Global Initiative sent top State Department aide Melanne Verveer a 63-page list of individuals, groups and companies that had pledged money to its programs.

An employee at another Clinton Foundation offshoot emailed Verveer looking for a job for a former colleague.

Yet another asked whether Verveer could persuade Myanmar’s internationally acclaimed leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, to attend an event.

Verveer, a longtime Hillary Clinton confidante who served as her chief of staff at the White House before becoming ambassador at large for global women’s issues, was in regular contact with Clinton Foundation officials during her four years at the State Department, according to dozens of emails

When you look at progress, it’s ridiculous that we cannot advance until some rich asshole decides to support a project with funds. Look at EV’s, the tech didn’t really get pushed until Tesla/Musk started pushing it but Musk didn’t contribute anything besides money. The people working on the project created the value and yet he keeps the wealth.

      • panem et circenses

They have to weigh the risks to “their” capital. Capitalism is anti-innovation. They’re nearly always going to invest in projects that’re proven to increase wealth. Musk is a good example, most of his riskier innovations are heavily subsidized by government.

“EXCLUSIVE: Donald Trump made millions from Saudi Arabia, but trashes Hillary Clinton for Saudi donations to Clinton Foundation”

Donald Trump has blasted Hillary Clinton for accepting money from Saudi Arabia through her foundation, but a Daily News investigation reveals he has padded his bank account with cash from the same country.

Trump sold the 45th floor of Trump World Tower to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for $4.5 million in June 2001, according to a city Finance Department spokeswoman. In 2008, the apartments became part of the Saudi Mission to the United Nations, records show.

This is bad! You don’t WANT to do that. It’s bad for the environment, it’s bad for our conservation!!

Someone needs to be smacked up side the head for this.

          • It’s a demo-video for a company’s product, as the company logo/slogan at the beginning and end make clear. It’s unlikely that the toilet was connected to an actual sewer, for this promotional video.

          • RTIII

            I don’t believe that’s Sho’s point.

          • She’s saying it’s bad for the environment and someone should be punished, seems clear to me her impression was that someone was flushing stuff down a sewer-connected toilet, for fun.

So, if that’s not what she was say, then what?

          • RTIII

That both the video and product are problematic; they encourage bad behavior.

participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of
any of the foregoing.” The US-UK war against Iraq was a war of
      aggression.

The Bush administration understood the difference between the rest of the world and the US Military might. He wanted them to see just how powerful we were so there was no one else who could stand up to us and force us to stand by the agreement made in 1945, Nuremberg Trials. Which is what this quote is from. That has been my standing point since I learned about all this crap. No one else is bigger then the US. Nor as stupid. (Besides NK, and kim with his wish to be bigger!) So who is going to “police, the police” if you don’t have the fire power to force it?

Evil will continue until good does something about it.

      • 17

Agree. No “one” country is going to stand up to us. But just as it took an alliance to defeat Germany, the same will be used against the United States. It’s coming. It has to.

        • Shohanna

AND the powers that be, WANT it. So they can do a power grab and take everything on offer. **smdh** using US as fodder.

“6 things we know heading into the final months of the presidential race”

    6. The first presidential debates will be bananas. Circle Sept. 26 on your calendar. That’s the night of the first general-election debate between Trump and Clinton. And even if you do not like politics, it’s going to be must-see TV. The debate, which will be moderated by NBC’s Lester Holt, will almost certainly draw the biggest audience of any presidential get-together in American history. And given that Trump is likely to enter it behind and in need of a major moment, it has the potential to go in a thousand directions. I get excited just thinking about it.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/6-things-we-know-heading-into-the-final-months-of-the-presidential-race/2016/09/04/4b4ab3ce-72b5-11e6-a914-5d61c1ac8237_story.html?postshare=6911473019969546&tid=ss_tw

How is that pivot to Asia going Obama?

Chinese authorities have rolled out the red carpet for leaders including India’s prime minister, Narendra Modi, the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, the South Korean president, Park Geun-hye, Brazil’s president, Michel Temer, and the British prime minister, Theresa May, who touched down on Sunday morning.

But the leader of the world’s largest economy, who is on his final tour of Asia, was forced to disembark from Air Force One through a little-used exit in the plane’s belly after no rolling staircase was provided when he landed in the eastern Chinese city on Saturday afternoon. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/sep/04/barack-obama-deliberately-snubbed-by-chinese-in-chaotic-arrival-at-g20

A lot of countries in Eurasia thinks it’s a mistake not to hitch their wagon to China.

The USA used to be South Korea’s biggest trading partner, but it was eclipsed by China some years ago. China is now the biggest trading partner and people are studying the Chinese language here in ever greater numbers.

The wells are used to dispose of wastewater that would be expensive and difficult to treat. Instead, it gets pumped into salty aquifers that are already unsuitable sources of drinking water. Most of the wastewater comes from oil and gas wells in the region—some of which involve fracking, but many of which are older, “conventional” wells.”

    AP CRAP!

“Oil pipeline protest turns violent in southern North Dakota”

A protest of a four-state, $3.8 billion oil pipeline turned violent after tribal officials say construction crews destroyed American Indian burial and cultural sites on private land in southern North Dakota.

Morton County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Donnell Preskey said four private security guards and two guard dogs were injured after several hundred protesters confronted construction crews Saturday afternoon at the site just outside the Standing Rock Sioux reservation. One of the security officers was taken to a Bismarck hospital for undisclosed injuries. The two guard dogs were taken to a Bismarck veterinary clinic, Preskey said.

Tribe spokesman Steve Sitting Bear said protesters reported that six people had been bitten by security dogs, including a young child. At least 30 people were pepper-sprayed, he said. Preskey said law enforcement authorities had no reports of protesters being injured.

    • ~Morton County Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier said in a statement that “individuals crossed onto private property and accosted private security officers with wooden posts and flag poles.”

“Any suggestion that today’s event was a peaceful protest, is false,” his statement said.~

“US taxpayers funded Clinton’s private email servers through ‘Former Presidents Act’

The private email server used by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state was paid for by taxpayer money set aside as aid for former presidents. An investigation found the Former Presidents Act was used to fund the Clinton Foundation and business associates.

Passed in 1958, the same year former President Harry Truman had to sell the family farm to avoid “practically” being on relief, the Act was intended to “maintain the dignity” of former presidents.

“LUPICA: Clinton’s dream opponent in Trump may turn into a nightmare if she doesn’t wake up”

But even with the damage Trump has done to himself, and with the huge bump in the polls that Clinton got after her own convention, she does not pull away from him. Joe Biden wins this thing in a walk. So should Hillary Clinton, even carrying around as much baggage as she does. Sometimes you think that a much bigger problem for her than her old BlackBerry is that she still hasn’t improved as a candidate. She is lucky her opponent isn’t John Kasich, or even Jeb.

Sometimes Clinton acts as if her only real plan, other than money, in an election that is hers to lose, is for Trump to lose it for her. Maybe she thinks that begins with the first debate, believes as her old friend James Carville does that she will “mop the floor” with Trump at Hofstra, and then the two debates after that.

And Obama continues Bush Jr’s unconstitutional war crimes wand wars, accelerated Bush Jr’s use of drones to kill innocent women and children, enacted the largest corporate-welfare bill with his “signature” ACA and is trying his damnedest to sell out the US, again, to corporations, killing jobs and what’s left of unions, with the TPP.

quick answer; whatever you say if you’re comparing reagan, bush sr and bush jr to clinton and saying he’s the same, nuts is the only answer. i’ve heard reams of these types of arguments and in clinton’s case i have since learned as he lost control of the houses, repubs pushed through legislation n ot to his liking. it’s what happens when you give control to the repubs, miod term.

the drone thing is hyperbole. there’s a war, people sadly get killed. blame the ones hiding behind them. i don’t have an easy answer to that but i do believe you are exagerating.

            Hillary must have misspoken.

          • Ah yes, and He’s really a nice guy, he doesn’t mean to hit you. It’s all your fault really. If you were only better, then he wouldn’t have to hit you.

Excuses of the lamest, least factual and most pitiful sort.

          • towerofbabel

If this actually matters to you, I would like to hear an apology for railroading such a weak candidate into a position to lose the election to the most godawful opponent we have seen in a lifetime. People like you did that. Are you proud? An apology would be a start.

          • notisaidthepig

            Hear, hear.

          • Nancy

he is not from the US.

          • towerofbabel

            Where?

          • Nancy

not mine to tell, but I know him from way back and he’s not a voter here either.

          • (((ilyas252)))

wow nancy this is a bit of a hell hole. nice ti have seen you though but i’m out of here. for the record, half way through my response to someone i had to rush a neighbour to the ambulance- she got bitten by a funnel web spider. i kid you not, ah the country, lots of fresh air, birds singing, snakes slithering, biting ants, leeches, ticks.

i think she willl be alright….take care.

          • Nancy

we don’t feel good in your “hell holes” either!
take care-good your friend will be ok!
            enjoy…take care!

          • (((ilyas252)))

drivel. sad to see you so consumed with hate. ah well enjoy trump.

          • RTIII

Sounds like YOU are the one consumed with hate; we’re merely aware of the two terrible choices the two major parties have presented us with. We know fully well Jill Stein – the last good choice running this cycle – has a VERY low probability of winning, but most commenting here will vote for her because we cannot be supporting either of the other two. Hillary is evil incarnate and crooked as they come and Trump is a bigot bloviator – neither is worthy of our votes…

Instead of voting from a position of fear or ignorance, we are voting FOR someone who is honest, not corrupt, sees the world reasonably well and whose positions we actually support and can get behind. I recommend you join us in doing so.

          • towerofbabel

“the drone thing is hyperbole. there’s a war, people sadly get killed”
            Sociopathic language. The drone thing…
            You are sick. Get help.

          • notisaidthepig

That’s what I thought when I read it too. Who says something like that: “people sadly get killed”? Someone without any empathy.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Let’s be honest, it’s human nature to feel less empathy towards people who are far away.

Say 83 people got killed in a drone strike in the middle east. At most you get a, “Oh that’s horrible.”

Say some kid in your neighborhood got run over by a car… VERY DIFFERENT RESPONSE.

          • Nancy

he is also not able to fight here nor are any of his friends and family…that also distances one from the horror of war.

          • towerofbabel

An this troll has made an art out of it-calousness. Really don’t see any value in these comments. An honest debate would be one thing. This is just wankery.

          • notisaidthepig

            Yep.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Yeah. -_- I would have liked a real debate. I don’t want us to you know become like RS and ban people just for a different opinion. (That isn’t happening here,I’m just saying you know… it’s the principle of the thing.)

          • SmotPoker

It’s been studied, and labeled. Look up monkeysphere for more information.

          • RTIII

          • (((ilyas252)))

sad. but you think this will go away.
btw this is a pic of dead people nothing else. i hare to sound callous.

          • RTIII

The Drone Wars are hurting our fight on terrorism, not helping.

          • (((ilyas252)))

evidence? it’s an argument you can’t win because you either hit isis, taliban or you don’t. i think with all due respect you people have really lost the plot. enjoy trump.

          • RTIII

There’s plenty of evidence that murdering innocents creates new terrorists. We’re creating new terrorists faster than the drones can kill them and it’s TERRIBLY UNETHICAL.

          • towerofbabel

You’re the boss. But this guy is a wanker.

          • notisaidthepig

          • towerofbabel

Can’t support the corruption. The effort it would take to get you to acknowledge who Clinton is and who Clinton serves is not worth it. Actually, because you really don’t care, it is impossible. Sorry. Take this BS elsewhere, if you would.

          • (((ilyas252)))

            corruption? what corruption? cases please.

          • towerofbabel

Imagine if you will, a Secretary of State raking in money for a private foundation that benefits herself and her family and friends by selling arms to dangerous, anti democratic, misogynistic, homophobic, ISIS lovin’, countries like Saudi Arabia? That is what you want for this country? That is why you spend time trolling others in order to promote that kind of corruption? You’ve got a problem buddy.

          • (((ilyas252)))

imagine if you will that you’re talking drivel…

          • kreskin

            LMAO

          • RTIII

            You can’t be serious?!

There’s a documentary on the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative that shows what scams they are. It’s a full-on pay-to-play system where if you donate large sums to these “charities” you get special favors from Clinton. Further, Bill Clinton, while his wife was SoS, became the president of a special organization to “help Haiti” recover from the disastrous direct-hit from a Cat V hurricane a few years back, and he enriched his friends and himself and left the poor people of Haiti in squalor; the money intended for them was skimmed by the Clintons and Hillary helped set that all up as Secretary of State.

You can find the documentary on your own – I’m cooking while I time and can’t spend a lot of time looking. . . I watched it as a YouTube video, as I recall.

          • (((ilyas252)))

yeah right. like there’s no bullshit in youtube.

          • RTIII

Once presented with the facts, you can then take a moment or two to confirm them – that’s easier than having nothing to go on yourself and is achievable. I looked into several elements myself and they all checked out.

OR, you can live in propaganda-land.

          • TOB is fine, you are more than just a little insulting in your responses.
            Hence his question was appropriate.

          • (((ilyas252)))

seriously? i find ‘clinton is more dangerous’, insane. and truly rude, mean and nasty. how can people talk such nonsense? exact opposites.

          • Yes I’m serious. You might try to explore and understand other people’s ideas, before prematurely dismissing and condemning them.

          • (((ilyas252)))

now that’s silly. how do you know how much time i spent on this? what makes your comment so much more er,pffft got to go my neighbour’s been bitten by a spider and she needs to go to hospital.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Well you know there are some spiders that if they bite you, you will have a big problem.

@.@ Camel spiders, they are a thing. It’s like a horror show. I’ve seen the pictures of the bite. My friend told me to google them once @.@.

          • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

I hate spiders. Friend is watching a Riff track of Kingdom of the Spiders starring Shatner. Bill is amusing but I really really hate spiders.

          • Nancy

that’s all that happened here. should have left it at that.
too bad he felt the need to try and convert/educate in ways that we are all so fed up with. dismissing and diminishing and ridiculing a person over who they support is typical Hillary supporter tactics.
            so done with that.

          • notisaidthepig

            Very well stated, Nancy.

          • Nancy

          • Nancy

            total bullshit.

          • Yes I absolutely agree with every word that you just wrote.

You are so f****** articulate, I just love that about you :^)

          • notisaidthepig

Hi, Stephanie. I think that’s great if he is trying to reconnect with folks. BUT take a look at the back and forth. smdh For example, he asks for evidence that $hillary is corrupt. If you can’t see that she’s corrupt, then something is very wrong.

          • Hello noti :^)

My problems with this poster is that he was rude and dismissive without actually debating the merits of an opinion or thought.

          • notisaidthepig

I agree, Stephanie. He wasn’t interested in arguing and started name-calling. Not a good way to have a discussion.

          • Yep

          • RTIII

I knew Illias from previous encounters. I found him MOSTLY reasonable. He was harder in some of the comments here than I remember of him in the past. I would rebut his crap but don’t go personal, though he himself was pretty borderline unacceptable with some of his remarks…

          • Methinks he spent too much time with people who have one-sided views. Would be my guess anyway.

          • RTIII

I find this to be PROFOUNDLY Ignorant:

“i find ‘clinton is more dangerous’, insane. and truly rude, mean and nasty. how can people talk such nonsense?”

You need to get your head out of the propaganda…

          • No, Bush Jr. again is not acceptable, neither is Cheney Jr. Hence neither of the ruling-class party candidates are acceptable.

          • (((ilyas252)))

it’s either trump or hillary. anyone saying she is worse than or as bad as trump needs a reality check, seriously this is just silly.

          • Living life with blinders on sure must be limiting. Trump or Clinton, there’s no practical difference. It’s just too many knob-headed rubes hear the rhetorical difference and can’t think their way far enough out of a paper bag to understand the lack of difference.

These slow-witted hayseeds think that because the clowns are wearing different makeup, they’re not just brother and sister, underneath the makeup. To them, the clown show on the surface is all that can exist in their limited imagination and understanding of the world..

          • RTIII

Well, we would have very different disasters from Trump and Clinton. I like the way Jill puts it: “Not enough of a difference to save your life or your job.”

          • RTIII

She may be wrong about the job thing; Trump’s against NAFTA and TPP…

          • smkngman3

Anyone that considers Kissinger as a mentor and seeks that War Criminals support is not worthy of the Presidency!

          • notisaidthepig

Hi, Spiffy! Looks like we have a $hillary troll on the thread. Sigh.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

He’s not a troll. I go way back with him. >.> I wish he would try to see things from our perspective though.

          • notisaidthepig

When they won’t….hallmark of a troll. People change after all.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

If there were any “convertables,” it would be peeps before the Great Divide.

          • notisaidthepig

As we always say: this election cycle has divided the wheat from the chaff. Many tributes have fallen after all. 🙁

          • SpiffyTheValiant

There are many different camps of fallen tributes. I think a few can be saved.

          • notisaidthepig

            My Queen has spoken. Oink!

          • SpiffyTheValiant

            yup

          • towerofbabel

Anyone who says that Clinton is not as dangerous as Trump is just silly.

          • RTIII

“Anyone who says that Clinton is not as dangerous as Trump is just silly profoundly ignorant.”

            There, FIFY! 🙂

          • RTIII

Once again, you’ve bought into the propaganda.

You aren’t ultra-rich or you wouldn’t be commenting here. And therefore, it’s clear that you are an unwitting tool for them. The BEST THING that can happen this POTUS cycle are two:

            1) Hillary goes down, NOT rewarded for selling out the will of the people and stealing the primary, and;

            2) Jill Stein (and for that matter Gary what’s his name) do so well that it becomes plainly obvious that the duopoly the ultra-rich are using to keep out all progress and service to the population – the Rs and the Ds – is broken. Once people see that support is strong enough, they’ll dump BOTH the other parties for any one and any thing that ACTUALLY supports something OTHER than the ultra-rich. . . And right now, that means non-D, non-R.

Any other interpretation of what’s happening right now is just cluelessly uninformed.

          • Shohanna

I need a reality check? Seriously, what galaxy are you in where Clinton is better then Trump? Dude wake up, she has hornswoggled you in to believing that tripe after rigging the election in her favor?! WTF..

Reality is right here staring you in the face. She is a liar, and will possibly bring a dictatorship (ruled by corporations mind you) to the shores of the USA. We are already a Monarchy, the powers that be don’t care which one wins. I bet you they are BETTING on who wins. **smdh**

We don’t live in a democracy, much less a representative republic. As if our votes count at all. If they did Bernie would be our Nominee.

          • kreskin

Not insane , as a matter of fact he’s right .

          • RTIII

No, really, tower’s correct: Hillary has already done all the crap they say we should be afraid of Trump about.

Plus she appears to have brain troubles. She had a concussion and now she has memory problems.

Trump will be tied up in knots and not get too much done AND he’s staunchly against TPP, NAFTA and that other trade deal on the Atlantic side the ultra-rich are trying to cram through. … The TPP in particular would spell the end of sovereignty for the member nations and hand ALL power over to the oligarchy – the fascists would have fully won.

          • towerofbabel

Your comment is insane. Clinton is not dangerous?

          • Shohanna

With the RWNJ that Obama nominated, it doesn’t really matter. B/c Clinton will put in someone just as bad if not worse, possibly Kissinger. No thanks. I have bigger fish to fry.

    • Nancy

      too funny! thanks.

    • RTIII

MOST of that was funny… …But I had this one circumstance where… well, it was a feral litter of kittens, I had adopted one kitten, now a cat, from the same mother – this was a second litter a year later or so. I managed to catch the mother and some of her kittens and brought them to the pound – they were all adopted instantly before even the SPCA people could do their thing as someone saw me bring them in. But there were two left, and I intended to adopt the one. His name was Perry, a beautiful, smart kitten, but the “runt of the litter.” It was OBVIOUS to the other remaining kitten that we were going to keep Perry and but he wouldn’t let us catch him… OK, that’s the setup.

One day when I was very busy with something else, I saw Perry’s un-named sibling come in and pick Perry up by the gruff of his neck and carry him out the back door. After I was done with whatever, I went to find Perry – NEVER FOUND HIM! X-( But the other cat was there eating Perry’s food like nothing happened. I eventually caught him and got him to the pound and he was adopted too, by the same family that got momma cat…

But I NEVER SAW Perry again and I still mourn for him. X-(

      • Oh no, Sorry RTIII 🙁

      • Nancy

        awe…
that is sad. nature can sometimes be very cruel.

        • RTIII

Yes, thanks, Ladies (you, spiffy, Stephanie…), it can be cruel.

well off to watch season 2 of Narcos…it’s the story of Pablo Escobar.
    excellent.

o.o whoa this is a blast from the past.

        • (((ilyas252)))

hi, i am trying to remember you. hope you are not confusing me with that idiot troll stole my id ran amok on the net…

          • SpiffyTheValiant

            😛 It’s me Spiffy.

Remember I was the one with the cat memes and who did the transcriptions during the debates?

          • (((ilyas252)))

i remember the name; the pic threw me. nice to see you. don’t tell me you’ve been banned?

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Lmao banned at RS on Feb 5th.

Got banned on CrooksAndLiars for saying I got banned on RS. (ONCE!)

Got banned on Alternet for saying nothing, but apparently the three sites share some mods.

          • (((ilyas252)))

banned for a while and was mouthing off on alternet i think, when i was warned (by the troll with whom i had the argument that got me banned), warned me about this! sad. posting tghe other day when i realised there were a few faces missing. i realise some of us are not getting any younger but this is a sad casualty count

          • SpiffyTheValiant

RS pretty much looked for any excuse to ban Bernie Supporters. When they realized that looked bad and they were losing a lot of their regular posters, they pretty much kept the “Any D” people around and that was that. There are a few of the old guard still there, but yeah. The reason why you don’t see a lot of people like Nancy over there anymore is because they got banned. Though Nancy went out with a bang.

          • (((ilyas252)))

oh boy… i don’t mind arguing with people but i must have missed the big fights. sad really. we’re supposed to be the intelligent ones…

          • SpiffyTheValiant

I remember the exact comment that triggered my banning. I suppose I walked right into it. I did send an email as it said you could try to appeal. Some people had been unbanned when they did that. Obviously no dice. They just proved my original comment true though.

          • (((ilyas252)))

i was offered a second chance. pretty sure some people agitated on my behalf for which i am truly grateful. sad that this is happening.
i did have to agree to ‘behave’…

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Lol I sent an email saying that I would behave. Said that I didn’t remember seeing a warning or anything. Apparently, they gave me one and I “loled” at it. I think that another poster put up a meme with the word bitch in it and I loled at the pic. I said, “You go Bernie. You tell that bitch.” Bitch had been used at RS before, never censored. I doubt RS would have had an issue if someone had used that word to description say Sarah Palin.

But that’s alright though. I was hot under the collar during the debate. They can ban people for their opinion, but they can’t ban me from the voting booth.

          • SmotPoker

I was banned from RS for no damn reason at all. I’ll be damned if I’ll go to them hat in hand, and beg forgiveness. Ain’t happening.

          • (((ilyas252)))

sorry wasn’t suggesting you do that, just relating my experience. i can’t imagine you getting banned, me otoh…hope you are doing well. you are missed…

          • SmotPoker

No offense taken. I can be brutal, and have been at times, but I did nothing at RS that violated the TOS.

          • SmotPoker

Please also pass along my thanks to those that miss my input. I still pop in to read the comments of my friend there, but alas can no longer comment myself on that site.

          • (((ilyas252)))

will do. so sorry always enjoyed your posts. i know how that feels. wish i could change things…

          • RTIII

You’re unusual then; the bannings this last year have been concentrated on Bernie supporters or anyone who’s critical of Hillary, no matter how valid the criticisms.

          • (((ilyas252)))

            home sweet home!
funny i hear people talk about australia…. ooooh sharks and snakes and things…
right in the middle of having a conversation on this site i get a call telling me to help my neighbour who’s been bitten by a funnel wen spider- nasty fuckers, deadly.
she seems to be ok but the hospital is keeping her in for observation. welcome to oz!

          • lindajoyous

Sorry saw your post late, I always thought Australia would be a nice place to see. We had a classmate in junior high who was from there. I lived and worked several years in the same town as Steve Irwins wife is from Eugene, Oregon. My granddaughter works at JC Penneys and waited on Steve’s wife Terry and and daughter! Darn never liked spiders! I had an earwig bite me on the foot when I was barefooted one time!

I challenge Gore to remind us why he couldn’t beat Bush II. Oh wait, he already did.

      • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

Lieberman is one of the reasons.

        • SpiffyTheValiant

The man is just really fucking boring and it is obviously because he lacks a spine.

          • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

            He’s boring, a Zionist, and a Republican.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

            yup

        • kreskin

NO shit . Personality of a 2 x 4 , both of them . Lieberman reminds me of Elmer Fudd.

    • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

      Gore sucks.

      Hi noti.

      • notisaidthepig

Hi, Toad. I hope you are enjoying your long weekend.

I feel like attacks on Stein are really ramping up. Methinks internal polling might be making some people nervous. Just a thought!

        • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

I’ve noticed. Even Google Canada is highlighting that bs.

        • SpiffyTheValiant

If the Hillary supporters were really so sure she wasn’t a threat, they wouldn’t get so vicious every time she was mentioned.

I don’t believe she is down as far as they want us to think. me suspects those polls are as accurate as the B.S. ones saying that 90% of Bernie Votes will go to Hillary. (Yeah, when you only list Clinton vs Trump, don’t list third party people, or even have the guts to list undecided is an option.)

          • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

            Yep.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

            indeed.

          • notisaidthepig

Or don’t include voters 45 and under! (Remember that happened in one poll.)

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Yes, likely voters sometimes axes off an entire generation.

          • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

Because we’re unreliable voters, how about you put up people worthy of voting for for once.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

They didn’t seem to mind us so much when we pushed Obama over the edge. He lost every other age group.

          • notisaidthepig

No this wasn’t “likely voters.” They just didn’t include the millennials, likely or not. Interestingly, $hillary’s numbers go way up when they aren’t included.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Well it’s mostly older people who have been beaten into submission for her. (:I know a lot of people here are older than me, I mean in general. not every older voter supports her, obviously.)

          • kreskin

            BINGO

          • kreskin

90% of Bernie Votes will go to Hillary ? Wishful thinking on the part of the Clinton camp .

          • SpiffyTheValiant

They just got that nice soundbite. If they actually believed it, they wouldn’t be freaking out like this. This is them just trying to say something until it become a self-fullfilling prophecy.

          • kreskin

Least popular candidate in history , 60 % negative rating .

          • SpiffyTheValiant

I think she had negative 59 and trump had 60.

          • kreskin

” Hillary Clinton’s favorability ratings reached a new low in a new national poll out Wednesday, putting her level of unpopularity on par with Donald Trump’s.

The poll, conducted by ABC News and the Washington Post, affirms this election season as the one with the least popular candidates in over 30 years of polling. The previous low in this poll was set by George H.W. Bush, who had a 53% unfavorable rating in July 1992, months before he lost the presidential race to Bill Clinton.

59% of registered voters view Mrs. Clinton unfavorably, up seven percentage points in three weeks since the prior ABC/Post poll in the wake of continued negative coverage surrounding Mrs. Clinton’s emails and the Clinton Foundation.

Mr. Trump’s unpopularity among registered voters, meanwhile, is at 60%, compared with 61% in the previous poll. ”

RCP polling average has Clinton at minus 55% .

          • SpiffyTheValiant

Yeah I thought she was a point “better” than him lol

          • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

          • kreskin

The polls vary , but they’re all close . Hilz is a pathetic candidate .

          • towerofbabel

That’s right. They would be more condescending and less vicious.

        • kreskin

I thought my mom was the only one addicted to buying phones. My mom has like 13 to 20, we aren’t sure, she opened a few accounts in her name and won’t tell anyone. I accidently found 2 accounts and counted 22 phones at one point. I had to go to AT&T with her and close 12 of them. (The others were family and the contracts on them too damn long to cancel out right).

Pretty sure she has more by now and we will have to do it again. Nothing like a 2k phone bill to wake you up. LOL

      • MsPythia

It’s bizarre that it’s all about the money at this late stage. Hasn’t she raked in enough for pity’s sake? She has little support and horrible numbers, but a shit ton of cash.

Apparently they haven’t heard the saying that money can’t buy love.

          • MsPythia

          • SpiffyTheValiant

            yup

          • MsPythia

    • smkngman3

A bit hard to tell but Hillary is standing in a “hole”.

    • Shohanna

Yes it’s true. They don’t want you to know how unpopular she is. Really, she burned it up.

      • lindajoyous

Hi Shohanna, good to see you! I was very interested in the video that Edwin posted up thread about American Engish is changing! Both my sister and I pronounce Washington and Warshington. Our parents are from Wisconsin and Minnesota, my friends in junior high asked me if I was from the south. Heck no, I’m from Southern Washington State! Hope you have been doing ok!

        • Shohanna

Yup doing good here. Glad to hear you are as well! I am weird, every where down here there is an r in stuff. But me? Nope, Northern UT and I pronounce everything the way I was taught, from the dictionary. LOL Though I do use “ya’ll” hahaha

          • lindajoyous

Glad you are doing good! Me and my sisters kids tease us about how we pronounce Washington or wash. I noticed my dad would say zink instead of sink, never really knew why. Looked it up and guess that is what they were called. My dads father was full blooded German and even spoke german but didn’t teach the 5 sons how to speak it, because we are americans is what my dad said. Any not really sure why! 🙂

  • Nancy

this is a good enough reason not to vote for Hillary…the bots say it is all made up and bogus bullshit claims from the right-wingers…how convenient it is to have a built in excuse for everything and anything that she has done…”it’s a right-wing smear campaign!!!!”
    refresh-

    • SpiffyTheValiant

I’m going to have to teach you how to post pics without needing to refresh them.

      • Nancy

        please do…it’s very annoying.

        • SpiffyTheValiant

Okay when you post your link, in the white place where you type, wait 10-20 seconds. if a mini version of your picture pops up, that means it will show. If it doesn’t, either find another picture or go back where you found the link. Hit save picture as. Type in a name. Then you click the little square in the white box where you post, it’s in the lower left corner. You type in whatever you name that image and load it. then hit post.

          • Nancy

it always pops up in the white space…I get it from my downloads file. it’s not a link-it’s the actual pic.

          • SpiffyTheValiant

            ah

          • Nancy

            I know…;-(

            Google images is your friend.

clearly we are on a different wavelength with this. I am happy to disagree with you and move on, but gone are my days arguing with Hillary supporters.

…It’s like kreskin just said a tiny bit upthread – and as Paul Simon wrote and Art sang so wonderfully all those years ago:

I a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest!

If you REALLY believe the FBI found nothing, you’re profoundly ignorant.

They found lots and decided to let her go for political reasons.

    • kreskin

They’re dishonest , facts are irrelevant in their world . Anti-reality , same as the goober and baggers .

      • Nancy

        exactly…it’s pointless to discuss.
if I was still interested in that I would be out at other sites that they were at. cannot be bothered to even read the posts much less jump in to that mess.

        • kreskin

I don’t even bother. They’re not interested in facts or truths .

          • Nancy

right-they just want to be rude and condescending and ridicule people while bully to get their votes.

          • kreskin

They have to be , they’re not able to defend their candidate . .

          • Nancy

it’s really embarrassing to see. I can’t believe that she has fooled so many people.
            seriously.
at first I thought it was just because you guys might be too close to it-there are far too many people that aren’t living there that are still so sucked in.
yikes. she is so fake and phoney and when she speaks you can see her lying and searching for words…how do people not get who she is?

          • kreskin

They only see what they want to see, if that means making up their own reality … so be it. We’ve seen the goobers and baggers do the very same thing. I’m just as baffled by it as you are , it’s just bizarre .

      • Nancy

Ms! hello!…back and forth between Netflix and here … how are you?

        • MsPythia

I’m good — trying to do lots of stuff. Time for a break and to check in with some of my favorite peeps! 😀

        Evening, MsP!

        • MsPythia

Evening, handsome. I’m drinking a bit of red wine, and feeling fine. It sucks trying to find a decent, not too expensive accommodation in Dublin without going far outside the city — did you know that?

          • RTIII

Which Dublin?! CA or Ireland! 🙂

          • MsPythia

Ireland — planning a trip for later in the autumn. It’s hellish expensive, and I don’t want to stay in a dump — even if it is for only a few days!

          • Nancy

have you looked into AirBnB? my daughter had great success with them in Italy, Greece and Switzerland.

          • MsPythia

I thought about it — but heard not great things about finding a decent one in Dublin from a few friends who have tried that there. Thinking I have to go outside the city and try to get a B&B near the DART station, that way I can hop on the train and be there in about 20 minutes or so.

          • Nancy

ahh ok. too bad-hope that works out for you! how exciting…

          • MsPythia

Ireland is so beautiful! I’m thinking it will be fun to be there in the autumn — even if it does rain a lot!

          • Nancy

it’s on my list…which is rapidly growing-I’d better get moving on it and get on a plane before I can’t!

          • MsPythia

That’s how I’m starting to feel — like I want to do a bunch of traveling now before all I do is complain about my feet! 😀

          • Nancy

            yup…you know it!
Annie gets back tomorrow after 5 weeks-I am beside myself with excitement. can’t wait to hear the stories and see the pics!

          • MsPythia

Oh that’s great Nancy! I hope she had a great time, and I hope your reunion is perfect! <3

          • Nancy

            thanks!

          • Nevin

I was born outside of Dublin. Castlepollard to be exact. Would love to hear about your experience.

          • MsPythia

I was there once many moons ago — but then, like now, I’m only there a few days because I love the west coast of Ireland and want to spend more time there.

          • Nevin

I hope one day to go back to the country I was born in.

          • MsPythia

Do you still have family there? That must be fun, if you do. I’ll be visiting with a bunch of my family in Scotland on this trip, and amazingly one of my friends who is English will be in London at the same time I’ll be so we’re to meet up and do a museum tour and lunch together! It’s fun when you’re not totally disconnected from everyone.

          • Nevin

I was adopted. I’ve heard the horror stories of children born in the 50’s. Don’t know if I am one of them. ABC contacted me in the 90’s about a story they were doing about adoptive children from Ireland. I just couldn’t deal with it do to my love for my adoptive mom. Might have been a chance lost… The film Philomena really opened emotional wounds.

          • MsPythia

I do know a bit about that — I’ve read articles about it though, never saw that film. I’m sorry for any pain you have around that, but also happy that your adoptive mom was someone you loved, and who gave you real love. That’s really all that matters, no matter what people say about “blood.” The fact is, when I go to visit the people in my family in Scotland, it’s more like meeting friendly acquaintances, since I didn’t grow up there, and haven’t shared their lives in any real, deep sense.

          • RTIII

We should talk about this! 🙂 I gotta go now – but we’ll hook up.

ALSO, can you please give Ilyas some links? Go upthread a bit and see a marker in bold I put down soliciting links for him! You can get him those links! 🙂

          • MsPythia

Which links RT? Can’t we just give him the basics of what we know?

          • notisaidthepig

No, I did not. Ireland is one of those places where I haven’t been. 🙁

            Good luck!

    • notisaidthepig

Wallace is such a fucking tool. He keeps interrupting Jill because, of course, we can’t have even Fox listeners hear her. She makes too much sense. Wallace calls the Washington Post a “liberal” newspaper. Ha! The best part was when he tries to get a dig in about the WP’s characterization of Stein’s campaign. Stein goes one better and says something like….the WP called us a fairy tale campaign but Clinton and Trump are nightmare campaigns. Love it!

I was WAY downthread discussing things with Ilyas…

          • MsPythia

Oh damn — I’m glad that Illyas is here. He was stalked by they who shall not be named, just like I was.

          • (((ilyas252)))

good to see you again. won’t be staying though. hope you weren’t banned too.

          • MsPythia

Hey dearie! Nice to see you — banned at Raw Story, yes indeed. Why aren’t you staying? It’s lovely to see you!

          • (((ilyas252)))

too much hate. too much irrational don’t give a stuff i’d rather see the country go down in flames than vote for hillary. crazy stuff.
it is sad, as they say irreconcilable differences. bad enough with the trolls at rs but these are some really intelligent people whom i respect…

          • MsPythia

Yes — all of us here know exactly what you mean. We were banned just for being Bernie supporters, and Roxanne at Raw is all in for Hillary. The old timers that are there now are either for Hills as well, or they’re the type that never make a wave with what they say — and even those people have been viciously insulted and disrespected for not be a fan of Clintonian Neoliberalism.

          • (((ilyas252)))

it’s sad. divisive. plays into the con’s hands far as am concerned. and to me they are the enemy who must be stopped. ah well, keep well.

          • MsPythia

You too — and hey, don’t be a stranger!

          • RTIII

Ilyas, we’re here – and not at another place we had found to hang out – because the person who formerly stalked you had a site we were on and exploded. it was EPIC! And if you suffered through this persons bullshit you probably would have enjoyed the way it played out in the last two weeks or so!

You can go back in time to some of our earlier comment threads as we found each other again. It was quite a process! . . Knowing you had a history with them, too, means maybe you’ll appreciate seeing what went down…

          • (((ilyas252)))

ok you got me hooked. sounds like we share, ahem, arseholes!

any hints as to where to start. i stil…l have unpleasant thoughts as to what i’d like to do to his hands

          • RTIII

DEAR COMMUNITY! I HAVE TO GO! …

SO CAN YOU HELP Ilyas here out with some links to TBR and point him maybe at our earlier pages HERE?

            THANKS GANG! ((((hugz))))

          • (((ilyas252)))

            thanks for that.

          • MsPythia

I can make this easier than just giving you links. You and I have shared the same stalker(s) who use a thousand different sockpuppets as you know (and as you may also know, Emmalib did too), but I recently found out who it was who has been doing this to us for years now. You can read this thread from this blog — it’s a whole lot to take in, but worth your time to get the lowdown on just how many people have been affected by this insane stalker shit just as we have been.
            http://plumstchili.blogspot.com/2016/07/the-banned-room-just-sent-me-this-pile.html

Once you look at that, you can look at the Tumblr blog they created (that was nothing but a spiders web for their sickness and viciousness) and really see the lunatic unraveling that took place once a lot of us finally realized we were dealing with monsters (although Ricki and Nebdem often later delete the scary, vicious things they say about other people, you’ll still get a clear picture of how everyone deserted the blog once they realized what was going on):

            http://thebannedroom.tumblr.com/

I for one am relieved to finally know exactly who has been doing this after all this time, and if they’re reading (which they are) they need to finally LEAVE PEOPLE WHO NEVER ONCE DID ANYTHING TERRIBLE TO THEM THE FUCK ALONE.

          • (((ilyas252)))

you have id? oh to be a russian mafioso. just kidding thanks so much for that. it will i think be good to put a face, id whatever to this fuckhead. did he get arrested/ guess i’ll find out.
always wondered if complaining to ic3 (https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx) worked…
            thanks again miss pithy…

          • MsPythia

No, not arrested, they’ve just got mental issues, and it’s pathetic and sad and wrong. But yes, if you read the first link, you will finally have one name to put to all of this bullshit we’ve endured for so long.

          • (((ilyas252)))

stalker? the toing and froing on whether one is a bad guy or not is confusing. reading down the posts to see if i can make mopre sense.
i have encountered tbr78 on rs and he/she appears sane but very stroppy when it comes to supporting hillary. quite a mazxe from my pov.. but gain thanks, will keep digging.

          • MsPythia

Not sane. Just another sock. There are so many of them. None are nice. All are angry and vicious.

          • (((ilyas252)))

i’m more used to well the ones i dealt with were just downright nasty. there were no shades the pretense just faded away quickly. maybe i was a bit circumspect wit h this one…
gee, avatars are heaven made for schizophrenics…

          • MsPythia

Yup. We all had difference experiences, but the link to all of us is there — and it spreads across the left political blogs. My stalker invited me and most of the people who are posting here into their blog with the express purpose of toying with us. It’s very sick and psycho. And all of the people at Plum’s blog have had similar experiences with this person (or is it two people? or is it multiple personalities? No one is really sure) of being stalked and harassed.

          • (((ilyas252)))

            wow i only got pammed!
i do think (i’m looking at edwin’s list of id’s of rikk) and i suspect i stumbled on someone else), could be be the same will keep reading. ..

          • MsPythia

Yeah — I recognized a few of those socks, and when Plum said she was being stalked by ‘Chief Wiggum’, that’s when it finally clicked for me. I’d been stalked by that sock too. That’s them — the person that has gone after so many of us — and in my (and your?) case for YEARS now. Who knows what set them off, but they’re not mentally well.

          • (((ilyas252)))

i think mine was different, first appeared as ‘cavaliers’ and many other names beside none of which match with the list here. omg there’s more than one crazy person on this planet!

          • MsPythia

Could well be a connection there with ‘cavaliers.’ This vicious nut (or nuts since they present as two people who are the best of friends) stalked and harassed people in Raw, Alternet, Crooks & Liars, and other leftwing blogs. Miserable sack of shit.

          • (((ilyas252)))

no argument there! hey, nice to ‘see’ you again and thanks for your help, instructive to say the least.

as all the slaves have been freed and australia has no longer convicts and me being divorced and all, i must away to the kitchen to prepare a casserole for my good self…
            cheers!

          • MsPythia

Take it easy ilyas — very nice to see you again!

          • Edwin

Ha ha. I didn’t know them before I went to their (cough) “blog”. Neb and Ricki are total fucking assholes and I want nothing to do with them.

Stalking, gaslighting, abusing, lying– total psychos

We miss you here. I don’t even go to TBR now. I could care less about their rantings or whatever. OK, peeps, time for me to head out! . . . I would have left a half hour ago or so, but, well, it’s such a damned nice community! So much chatting to do!…

Sleep well everyone, etc, etc, etc.

Tomorrow I am driving to a place called “Gilroy” – supposedly the garlic capital of the world – to pick up a 1969 (“and a half”) Karmann Ghia cabriolet and tow it home. Should take most of the day! Not sure if I’ll be on, but if I am it’ll likely be in the AM before I leave! 🙂

Kar0l K#nz eats crow. Update #2 for the pos story she put up today. It turns out CNN did cover it. She puts some lame-assed gobbledy-gook “apology.”

I guess she just can admit when she’s wrong, like the first time she stalked me and attacked me in the open thread and accused me of shit I didn’t do and then said “I was multi-tasking” (no apology!!) Pfffft!! –(Ha ha, sorry, NO. She fucking LIED.)– And then the night of purge #2 where she had to make up lies to gaslight, and then ban, me and scores of others. What a fucking douchebag.

I wonder why Kar0l hasn’t done a thread on the Saudis paying for play with Clinton. Ain’t that a fucking mystery?? 0.0

Both sides do it. (D) and (R)

Update 2: Tapper reponded on Twitter that he
reported it in June. i agree, he did.
But it was a one-hit wonder. He
also insisted his panel addressed it on Friday. I looked again, and did
find a discussion. However, the reason I didn’t locate it via my
searches is because Pam Bondi wasn’t mentioned by name. Instead the
entire report was framed as “an attack” launched by the Clinton camp as a
“tit-for-tat.” There was a panel discussion alongside the report, which
    you can see below.

My take? It’s framed inside the politics of the thing, and not the ethics of the thing, nor does it emphasize the actual scandal of the quid pro quo. However, it is absolutely true that they did spend
a few minutes covering it on Tapper’s show.

If she thought she could stalk me around C&L abusing me, and trash talk me at other sites (TPV), and then tell a pack of lies to ban me, and I’d just go quietly she was very much mistaken. It’s my duty to warn others what a disingenuous LYING sack of shit she is. She is abusive and people need to be warned.

    Split Estate ……….{Fracking}

    Debra Anderson 2009
    52:18

Exempt from environmental protection laws, the oil and gas industry has left
idyllic landscapes and rural communities throughout the United States
pockmarked with abandoned homes, polluted waterways and aquifers, as
well as plenty of sick people.

Split Estate zeroes in on Garfield County in Colorado, and the San Juan Basin where more
demonstrations of water that can be set on fire are found, but industry
isn’t just stopping there — fracking is spreading across the United
States, with plans to even drill in the New York City watershed, as well
as elsewhere around the globe. As the appetite for fossil fuels
increases, Split Estate debunks claims by an industry that
assures the public that it is a good neighbour, driving home the need to
stop fracking, both here and abroad…

I’ve watched several videos about rigged elections. This one had some new stuff in it I did not know.

    Stealing America: Vote by Vote

    Dorothy Fadiman 2008
    1:09:50

    Stealing America: Vote by Vote
examines a bundle of documented cases of election manipulation and
irregularities throughout the United States, some that stretch back as
far as 1996. The film focuses on voter disfranchisement, the use of
electronic voting machines, and voting anomalies such as uncounted
ballots, inaccurate final vote tallies, and vote-switching. Through a
combination of first-person accounts (including Democratic Sen. Bob
Hagan of Ohio, who also witnessed vote-switching firsthand), extensive
research and revealing clips from multiple TV news sources, this film
investigates the many ‘glitches’ in voting procedures that result in
literally millions of votes being potentially lost, miscounted or even
    deleted.

Well I’m still awake reading some of the comments on H. A. Goodman’s video. And couple of them are hilarious!

Her 1 blackberry fucked the US like a rabbit and had 12 more blackberry babies and now she is trying to fuck us all

If I had a hammer…I’d hammer in the morning…I’d hammer in the evening…all over this land. I’d hammer out justice…I’d hammer out freedom…I’d hammer the truth between Benghazi and my foundation…all…all..over this land. I’m truly tearing here! BAWHAHAHA! Oh hang on. She had a bakers dozen. Yummy! I wonder Krispy Creme or Dunkin Donuts? LOL!
These are the 2 comments that are funny at least to me!

Holy shit. I made the 1000th comment, and didn’t even know it was close to that “magical” number….

    • lindajoyous

Hi Smot, you sure did! How are you!

      • SmotPoker

Same as always. Moving at the end of the month to a different apartment within the complex. I’m tired of climbing stairs. I’m dreading that as I fucking hate moving, I really do. I got a bit of hoarder disease in me, and I have some boxes that haven’t been opened in ten years.

I need to shed some shit, but which shit is important? What papers should I keep, which should I burn, which can I simply just throw away? It’s a bit overwhelming. I’ve moved dozens of times over the years, I used to average a move about every 2 years, but I’ve never had this hoarding shit going on in my head like this before.

        Weird.

        • Edwin

Chuck it all out. You don’t need any of it.

          • SmotPoker

Not entirely true. Some of it is my medical documentation for my back, and the subsequent treatments I’ve undergone, and SS dealings. It would be a bitch if I had to replicate that data for some reason.

          • Edwin

You need important papers. It’s most of the other junk you don’t need.

        • lindajoyous

I don’t blame you moving because of stairs! When I was about 35 I fell down the the stairs on my way to work graveyard shift and tore my ligaments in my left ankle. At least I could still drive my stick shift car. I was in a cast for almost a month. I was at the hosptial seeing my dad and my 3 year old son got away from me and got in the elevator, it is hard to run with a walking cast on. That was about 30 years ago. Yeah I have alot of stuff too. I moved in with my dad when my mom died in the mobile home park, well the lady in the office was a b-itch. So I moved back into my dads rental house with a fenced in yard for the dog, we are much happier. So I have all of my parents stuff we had to move here, we found canceled checks he wrote over 40 years ago. I still have tons of papers, my parents had several rental properties and lots of stuff.

    • No magic here. 😉 Unless you count the magic of verified facts, and peer-reviewed research. 😀

      And, Good Morning!

    • towerofbabel

      How does if feeeeel?

      No. Just…No.

I guess Amato is trying to drive his pos blog into the ground. This douchebag chick has lost her damned mind. She is a terrible writer. I think this may be her worst piece yet.

My gawd it’s just fucking dreadful; like some gum-chewing hussy with no education wrote it; peevish, whiny dreck. It’s also full of lies and bullshit. Paragraph after paragraph of excuses for Clinton raking in the dough, but running from the press.

The New York Times Invokes Its Inner Petulant Child

    By smelleypee

    The New York Times published
a petulant piece on Hillary Clinton attending a fundraiser, and we
discovered why via a tweet from another NYT reporter, Michael Barbaro.

Evidently the New York Times reporters—Amy Chozick and Jonathan
Martin—are unhappy that Clinton has not held a press conference. They
imply that she makes herself accessible to the wealthy, but not the
    press or regular folk.

Good fucking luck getting people to donate for that bullshit you’re posting over there. I think Karoli and Smelly Pee might just drive C&L over the cliff.

Are you still here? Or did you go to bed?

        • Edwin

I’m still here. Reading the comments in Smelley’s thread. Woo-boy, what a bunch of dum-dum heads.

          • cathyx
          • Edwin

IC. I am headed to bed soon. I’ll check it out tomorrow. (Remind me, would you?)

I’m away from them now and that’s the way I want to keep it. I want nothing to do with those douchebags.

          • lindajoyous

Hi Cathy, I’m still up, a lot of drama going on there!

          • 17

            Mediaite won’t allow this comment:

You can’t tell the truth about anything, can you? You’re a lunatic, and I
don’t know if Nebdem is just stupid for cleaning up after you every
time you take a dump on the carpet, or if he just truly enjoys the smell
            of it all.
You know as well as everyone you’ve alienated that the
problem wasn’t “banning”. The problem was your censorship issues, your
following your commenters to other sites and your desire to control what
they said both at your site and at other sites as well.
The worst thing in the world for you was that someone might compare notes and realize just who and what you are.
I not only encourage EVERYONE to visit the woodshed to gain some insight
into what goes on in the mind of a person with 7 or 8 people living
there, but also that they visit YOUR OWN SITE to read your rantings.
I have the Woodshed address proudly displayed on my Disqus profile, which
is wide open, BTW, so that there’s no need to wonder about your
accusations that I’m a stalker. Why is it that YOUR profile isn’t open?
Why is it that you don’t invite others to your site? Are you afraid of
what they’ll see? I certainly would be if I were in your shoes.
I haven’t checked lately, but I’d be willing to bet Nebdem’s been busy
scrubbing like h*ll over there, or he’s taken his name off that abortion
            altogether.
Get help, Ricki. Throw your computer in the river, lake,
whatever, and seek professional mental help. And get your head out of
the bottle. That’s your biggest problem. It allows the crazy to leak
            out.

          • lindajoyous

Wow 17, I’ve been to the woodshed once. I’ll try to make it there again. I asked Ricki about inviting Alleypanther and she said no. But I didn’t know what was happening at the time. Oh yes I have noticed the scrubbing of comments there!

          • Nancy

so glad I am not a part of that insanity…what a mess.
life is too short for me to give it much of my time.

  • Our Labor Day Open Thread is up. Happy Labor Day, laborers!

  • panem et circenses

May 1st is Labor Day (International Workers’ Day), chosen by workers to celebrate actual achievements like the 8 hour work day, and to remind the bosses and politicians that they were ready for revolution, if necessary, to get there. The holiday in September celebrates violent union busting by Grover Cleveland which he atoned for by creating a holiday 6 days later and slapping the name Labor Day on it as a further “fuck you” to organized labor.

    Labor Day is May 1
    Today is a boss’s holiday.
