Let’s be honest. The ACA is Working As Intended: Generating huge profits for the health-care insurance industry. It was never intended to efficiently or appropriately enable Americans to get health-care services: it’s a corporate welfare law. And it’s working wonderfully at doing just that. But, some progressives refuse to let go of delusions to the contrary.

Three New Orleans Police Officers Caught Selling Untaxed Cigarettes; Not Choked to Death

Late last month, six people including three New Orleans police officers, were indicted as part of an illegal tobacco smuggling ring. The scheme, which lasted just about one year, involved smuggling cigarettes and
cigars across state lines in order to avoid paying federal and state taxes.

    Are the Russians Really Coming?

It seems that America is unable to come to grips with the fact that the 90’s are over. Today, Russia is no longer lying in ruins, and the US is not nearly as powerful and hegemonic as it used to be after the fall of
Berlin Wall. Washington just cannot adapt to the new realities in order to adjust its relations with Russia accordingly, effectively preventing itself from finding an ally in Moscow. Now Russia demonstrates that it
is once again a great power, and in military and political terms – it is again a superpower, one that will not tolerate abuses and provocations the US regularly visits upon nations across the developing world.

    http://anotherdayintheempire.com/russians-really-coming/

    • Dosido3

And if the Russians are coming, is that necessarily a bad thing? All superpowers need counterbalance to hold each other in check. We have had unchecked power for decades now.

Governments blow billions by shutting off the internet to block cheating students and cheap phone calls

As governments around the world increasingly adopt the tactic of shutting down electronic communications to limit political disruption or simply control citizens, they are costing their economies dear.

Some 81 state-ordered shutdowns of some or all electronic communication in 19 countries over the past year led to $2.4 billion in lost economic production, according to a new estimate from Darrell West of the Brookings Institution.

The accounting, taken for the year to June 30, 2016, estimates the loss to GDP based on how much of a country’s economy depends on digital services (which is very low in North Korea, for example, where few people have access to the public internet). If anything, it is a conservative measure because it does not include losses in tax revenue, productivity, or investor confidence.

US Soldiers Resist Obama’s Support of Al Qaeda

As is by now well-known, the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency’s previously classified 2012 report on the origin of the Islamic insurgency against Bashar al-Assad was released to the public on 18 May 2015, and it revealed the Obama Administration’s knowledge, at least since that time, that “the Salafist [Saudi-backed fundamentalist Sunni Islamic], the Muslim Brotherhood [Qatari-backed fundamentalist Sunni Islamic] and AQI [Al Qaeda in Iraq] are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria”, and acknowledgement that “the West, Gulf countries [Saudi Arabia and Qatar mainly], and Turkey support the opposition [to Bashar al-Assad], while Russia, China, and Iran support the regime”, so that the U.S. Government is, in fact, allied with Al Qaeda there, to overthrow Assad.

This pro-Al-Qaeda position was news, however, to America’s military personnel in that region.

        U.S.A. ! U.S.A. !

I wonder , do those fools ever ask themselves what the fuck they’re doing over there ? Do they ever ask themselves what they are accomplishing ? Does it even matter to them ?

        • Edwin

I think a lot of them sign up to get out of their small towns, to get education and it’s a job. Once they get their clutches into them they brainwash them until they are robotic zombies.

Over the years I have spoken with and/or observed a lot of US GIs over here and they are not very bright. They are obedient. I eavesdropped in a coffee shop as some were talking about getting re-deployed to Iraq, once.

    • kreskin

It’s a fact , Al Qaeda and ISIS are our allies in Syria . Whatever it takes to overthrow Assad. The consequences if they were to succeed ? They don’t give a shit .

We have become what we once hated.

    • Dosido3

It’s hard to read in the small print – hard for me to enlarge anyway.
How about #datadump #hillaryhack #hillarydirt or some such that isn’t as obvious as #Guccifer?

I’m crying for my country – are we still a sovereign state? – we have two scumbags running for CEO of America, Inc.

    • Dosido3

So if anyone starts quoting stuff they find at the Guccifer cache, it will be scrubbed and/or they’ll be put on a permanent secret government watch list or something?

      • MsPythia

Don’t know. But what this person is saying seems to make a lot of sense.

        • Dosido3

It makes sense. It’s still conjecture and too highly technical for your average bear. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/3bb3f5bdd126274a7c91e37e59255e44eff984d75b0b891c9999caf705773a03.jpg

          • MsPythia

It doesn’t seem like such conjecture when the fact is, any hashtag having to do with Guccifer is being shadowbanned and not allowed to trend on Twitter no matter how many thousands of people are talking about these leaks. Yesterday early it trended for a little while, then just disappeared even though everyone there wanted to talk about it. Shadowbanning is when you post something and no one even sees it at all no matter how you word it. Right now Guccifer, Guccifer2, Guccifer_2, Gooseifer, Goosefer, etc. all won’t be seen by anyone. That means the Obama administration, the Clintons and the criminal cabal of people who protect their corruption at all costs are trying to do everything they can to keep what’s in these leaks secret.

          • Dosido3

            Thanks, Ms.

I’m beginning to think that radical transparency OF EVERYTHING and EVERYBODY would be the best policy. No secrets at all. I know it’s a pipe dream but it seems like the only way to deal with the secrecy and corruption proliferating everywhere in all levels of government and society.

      • Edwin

        That would be democratic.

White Punks On Dope Do Extreme Yoga At Bus Stop After Overdosing On Heroin

In a scene that is both hilarious, and tragic a Memphis couple overdoses on heroin outside a Walgreens according to a witness that saw them snort the drug. Bystanders didn’t do squat to help, but realistically there wasn’t much any of them could do other than to call 911 which someone did.

The video showing them in what can best be described as extreme yoga poses (I’m in awe of the man on the bench, and my back hurts just looking at him) for a full 10 minutes as the crowd (all African-American I should add, maybe send a copy of it to Paul LePage) stood around having fun, and taking videos of the couple.

Amazingly enough the ambulance or cops never did show up during the nearly 10 minute video. Didn’t they realize that white lives were in danger?

I get that there isn’t a lot you can do for these two unless you are trained, and have the proper anti OD drug NarCan on you for just such an emergency.

It’s sad that the one kneeling on the sidewalk can’t afford new flip flops (the cheapest of shoes) but can find money for the drugs.

I mean, I know about meth labs and know where to find some around these parts but still. So now being aware of this epidemic scourge, I’m going to be that stick in the mud and say I can find no amusement in the behavior of addicts. It’s just so sad and hopeless. It’s like laughing at the mentally ill. Can’t do it unless they are running for public office.

As many as 44 Afghan troops go missing while on US military training visits – Pentagon

In an effort to find illegal work and settle permanently in America, at least 44 Afghan troops visiting the US for military training have gone missing since January 2015, Pentagon officials said. It raises concerns about procedures for such programs.

Eight Afghan troops have left military bases without authorization since September alone, Pentagon
spokesman Adam Stump told Reuters, disclosing the total number of Afghan troops who have gone missing for the first time.

“The Defense Department is assessing ways to strengthen eligibility criteria for training in ways that will reduce the likelihood of an individual Afghan willingly absconding from training in the US and going AWOL [absent without leave],” Stump said.

Where the rolling fuck is everyone tonight? The one day I keep a normal schedule, and ain’t nobody around…

    • I was at work, I’m home now, you can torture me with pictures of plants. LOL.

      • SmotPoker

Shit that reminds me, I forgot to check the condition of the ones hanging in the shed today….

I did break out E-Nail, and did some dabs today. Not much, (it doesn’t take much) I did about 8 hits, and all told it was less than the size of a grain of rice, probably about 1/2 of one. Kept me solid for hours. At that rate I have enough oil to last me a very, very long time. I love making them fresh with pressure, and heat, no chemicals to burn off or anything like with blasting it with butane. From bud to oil in 30 seconds. It’s like fresh squeezed OJ, but better….

Love the E-Nail. I don’t get what I called that “crackhead vibe” from heating up the titanium nail with a torch. I really didn’t care for that at all. The E-Nail is fantastic, heats up fast, and it’s the same temp every time making for a consistent experience. One of the drawbacks of the torch was that you would get wildly different heats, thus wildly different hits/taste…..

        • Wait, how does it work? I looked at “Bee-Nail” but that wasn’t clear how it makes oil from plant.

          • SmotPoker

First off, not “Bee-Nail” but “E-Nail” or even “D-Nail” would work. It’s basically a titanium nail that is heated electronically rather than with fire from a torch.

            https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O45h85UzubQ

I actually have that model, but a different rig.

            https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/fb267de16d30ec0d5a127609fdcc541f2aea79c2b64dff327ca26c2eebf178fa.jpg

As for making the oil that’s easy. I use a Nu-Wave counter top cooker that I heat 2 steel plates on, then place 1-2 g of cannabis in some folded parchment paper, and in a vice or place on a press for 30 seconds. Remove, and it’s ready to rock. Save the pressed buds for use later in making butter, as there is still some THC in the oil still left on the bud.

I’ll get enough oil out of 1-2 g of bud that it last me a lot longer than it would smoking or even vaping the bud. Very economical, and very potent.

No Nu-Wave or steel plates? No problem, got a hair straightener for a down, and dirty no frills way to make it?

            https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dF2-M9aqIs

          • So, you’re just doing standard butane filtering to make you oil/dabs and then using this “E-Nail” vaporizer?

          • SmotPoker

No, I ain’t done the BHO in a couple of years. As explained above, I know how to do it, but this option (Rosin Tech) is far superior in all ways.

          • Yeah, I don’t see how any of those systems produce oil and none of their pages seem to describe it.

          • SmotPoker

The systems? The D-Nail or E-Nail is just for heating/vaporizing the oil. BHO or Rosin Tech process to make it first, then use the nails to imbibe. Make sense now? Sorry if I didn’t explain it properly before.

          • Yeah, but I don’t see an explanation of how you’re making the oil without using butane. LOL.

          • SmotPoker

Look at the bottom video posted titled “How To Make Cannabis Dabs With A Hair Straightener”. It’s quick and easy. I just use a press or vice instead of a hair straightener.

You’re heating up the oil just enough so you press it out of the bud, and onto the parchment paper, then it is ready to be dabbed.

          • OK, missed the bottom video. Had to reload.

          • SmotPoker

OK cool, i was beginning to wonder, I was struggling to find ways to simplify it more, and was kind of puzzled why an intellect such as yourself wasn’t understanding the concept here…lol

          • everything under the image was not showing, so that’s why. LOL.

          • SmotPoker

I’m just glad we cleared it up, and you understand. It’s really simple, and clean. I mean the taste is really clean. I hate to use the word “pure” because I think it’s been over used when it comes to BHO products which don’t shine a candle to Rosin Tech process when it comes to purity, and taste.

I also like that it is much, much cheaper than spending $60 on a case of high quality butane when you are shooting a few pounds at a time. Far less dangerous. You aren’t going to blow up your garage or house using heated plates to squeeze out some cannabis oil from a bud….

To me it’s really the only option that makes any sense at this time for the home budget. I think wholesale operations in the future may employ something along the lines used in printing to press massive amounts at a time. Time will tell.

          • SmotPoker

There is also BHO processing (Butane Honey Oil) which I’ve also perfected, but don’t recommend. It’s expensive to produce because you use high quality 5x-7x filtered butane, It’s dangerous as fuck, it takes longer to make which increases costs, it really should be tested before use to ensure quality, and it hurts the environment.

Basically what you would do is pack cannabis into a glass or SS tube with an open end, and closed end with a nipple on it to accept nozzle from the butane, and a 50micron screen on the open end to allow the oil/butane through, but not the plant matter as you unloaded the can of butane into the tube it would freeze, then remove all the trichomes from the plant. You would have a bowl in a warm bath catching the oil/butane, wait for it to boil away the butane, then put it in a vacuum chamber for a day or three depending…..

Lot of work. Dangerous work. Fools need not apply.

        • Dosido3
          • SmotPoker

That’s what started this whole conversation….

Perfect! I wasn’t there! Ha, ha. I had a district-wide meeting to go to. My principal really wanted me to join this cultural committee since I am new at the school and looking at things through newbie eyes. They want that perspective. It was okay. Actually, I went to school after the meeting to see if the room was trashed. It looked fine but that’s because the custodian had already been there. The substitute left a note saying the classes were pretty good except, of course, that period six class. But, hey, tomorrow is Friday! 😉

I’ll remember that the next time a parent calls me a liar (one did some days ago). 🙁

          • Some people :/ I know it’s hard, but parents deep down know that if their child is struggling it is more than likely something that they’ve done or have not done. That guilt and fear is why it’s easier for them to blame you, then to own up to their mistakes. Sorry that you get to experience the lovely side effects of denial.

          • notisaidthepig

            Fortunately, it’s the minority.

          • Yep that’s what my daughter-in-law does on Sunday as well :^)

I may not have to work on Saturday, more then likely I’ll have to.

Ok other then baking or working in my garden. I love reading a book, while watching TV and being on the internet that’s my best lazy day 😛

    • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

I was wondering why that clip hadn’t shown up yet on youtube. I especially like when he says that she’s just such a turd sandwich to keep losing to him.

      • I was cracking up laughing when I saw the show. I really do believe that Trump has tried to throw this race several times. He just can’t do it. Hillary won’t court her own party. For that would betray the interests that she truly represents, and the Republicans by far and large can’t stand her.

        • all_hail_the_hypno_toad

          what a strategy eh?

          • She so deserves this kind of s*** show.

How embarrassing must it be, to not be able to thoroughly trounce somebody like Trump. I would want to hide under a rock.

I wish she would and leave us alone.

I do take my responsibility to the community to post links seriously. I know it’s not on the approved recommended reading list, but sometimes one likes to traipse amongst the daisies, and besides, it was a funny comment….

          Well done, sir! 🙂

I’ll say, maybe even the Christmas decoration selling to November at least (unless there are really, really good sales that warrant it). Walked into Dollar Tree the other day, Christmas stuff is already out next to the Halloween. Made me irritable. 😛

      • Dosido3

Yeah. I hate that. I need to pace myself through the holidays.

The older you are, the more likely it is you’re still being programmed by your TV. That explains Clinton supporters.

  • panem et circenses

Facebook keeps recommending I befriend people with Arab names. Maybe because I post so much about how I hate the US government.

    • panem et circenses
      • Dosido3

Explains a lot about how some peeps get radicalized? Or maybe it’s a new FB outreach program for Trump?

        • panem et circenses

I’m not going to assume that any of these people are radicals. I’ve certainly posted nothing that would put me on that list other than jokes disparaging cops, politicians and nationalists. But I hate those regardless of which country they reside.

          • panem et circenses

I just find it curious because I have no Muslim friends and don’t really follow any Arab news or anything on fb, other than a single page with news about the International Freedom Battalion in Rojava, but those are mostly western volunteers.

          • Do you think you are being bated?

          • panem et circenses

I have no idea. It’s just odd. One page out of hundreds, maybe a thousand, that has anything to do with the Middle East shouldn’t effect the algorithms to that extent.

          • Dosido3

Pretty weird. I have Muslim American Facebook friends and I don’t get that. It’s true. I’m not trying to make you paranoid. :/

          • panem et circenses

Nah I already had the same thought, but I’m not going to jump to any conclusions. It’s just something strange.

And you thought you wouldn’t be noticed?

There is a list. A very long list. Even my name is on it. When it comes to Round-Up Ready time, we are all anti-government (as in, anti-oligarch, anti-war) agitators according to the criminals who head up our government and pretend to act in our name.

          • Veri1138

            Me? I’d be like

“FB is allowing Jihadi accounts! Sick’em F.B.I. Why are you allowing FB to be a recruiting tool for terrorists who only wish to blow up our Godly Country under Heaven!!!! KILL ALL JIHADIS!!!”

While chuckling under my breath. Can you imagine some FBI agent getting a call, “Dude, seems you picked the wrong dude.”

I don’t suggest you do that, though.

          • Veri1138

And don’t forget to throw in a spelling error or five if you do report the suspicious Jihadi FB account activity using FB as a recruiting tool.

          • Edwin

I do have Muslim friends on facebook, who sometimes post in Arabic, and I have visited lots of Islamic countries. I don’t get what you’re getting.

          • panem et circenses

Well, there are a lot of things that could’ve triggered it due to my interests (Anarchy pages, the Malcolm X Memorial Foundation, anti-nationalism, even activist pages like Anarcho-Queers and Feminists) but it seems more and more unlikely to be random.

          • panem et circenses

Even stuff like BLM, Occupy, Standing Rock. Who knows?

          • Veri1138

Left Organizations are disproportionately on the terrorist watch list. RW terror orgs are mostly infiltrated by The FBI, already and make for useful tools when a headline is needed.

          • panem et circenses

I did report some guy to facebook who said quote:

“It’s way past time to turn Saudi Arabia into a glass parking lot. Death to islam, death to moslems.”

They reviewed it and concluded that it wasn’t hate speech.

          • Edwin

he’s a regular lovefest, that guy

          • Veri1138

To be truthful, I believe that Saudi Arabia should be turned into an international gas station. Though, I don’t wish death upon all Muslims.

Saudi Arabia is an evil country. I have never met a Saudi I would call friend and still trust. EVER.

I’ve been to Saudi enough times to know. And if you are a foreign worker over there in the gas fields, you don’t want to bring your children… especially if your children are blonde haired and blue eyed. You get the picture about what is going to happen to them… and it would not be the first time.

Caught some Saudi Air Force officers being trained in The US inviting their English instructor, gorgeous woman, to come over to Saudi to meet their families. The truth is, Saudis try to keep Westerners away from their families to prevent “contamination”. She would have most likely been raped and paid off with The US Embassy telling her to go back home and shut up “in the interests of US-Saudi relations”. I was the third person to tell her that. That’s IF she made it back to the States. Saudis have no problem making wives in Saudi Arabia out of foreign women, even if the woman is married. They annul the previous marriage in a Wahhabi Islamic Court and forcibly marry their rape victim.

          • panem et circenses

I have no love for Saudi Arabia, but this guy explicitly said he wants all “Moslems” dead.

It’s an upside down world. I consider it an honor if I’m deemed a threat to society while Terry Tuffcunts like that asshole are just your average patriotic American.

          • Veri1138

I also wouldn’t trust the Pashtuns in Helmand Province. Bachi Bazi is a favorite pastime of theirs…

I am discerning about the people and cultures I do not like.

          • Veri1138

Don’t get me wrong. There MAY BE – a big MAY BE – someone worth a damn in Saudi. I have yet to meet one. First time there: 1990. Last time there, in 2011.

          • Veri1138

            http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2013/02/05/will-a-child-rapist-walk-free-in-saudi-arabia.html

The guy was only prosecuted after international media attention embarrassed The King of Saudi Arabia. It’s not uncommon for such to occur.

We had a friend of a friend marry a Saudi. Perfect gentleman in Europe. Got her home to Saudi. First thing he did was strip her in front of his other wives, beat her, and tell her, “Now you will learn your place!”. It took some doing to get her out of Saudi, but it got done. Marriage was annuled back in Europe.

Western women, especially blonde hair, blue-eyed women, are highly prized sex slaves in Saudi.

Kuwait? Just as bad. You don’t want to know how many stories we heard coming out of the hospital where Kuwaiti women take the hired help who is a woman (most likely raped by her employer) and take glass bottles, shove them in the foreign workers vagina or anal cavity, and shatter the bottle inside of them… for sexual fun. Seems to be a past time. Seems the women are actually worse sexual abusers than the men.

Kuwait and Saudi and Qatar are closely related allies with family ties.

I have more stories, but you get the picture. And not all of them are second hand.

          • panem et circenses

Yes, and his victim was Saudi Arabian. The guy I quoted would have her nuked also.

          • Veri1138

Piss anyone off lately? Send any emails to The DNC or Hillary or a government entity? Posting too much about Russia? Involved in the Civil Rights movement, specifically BLM?

That’ll all get you on the list.

          • panem et circenses

I don’t communicate with anyone at any level of government, though I did post on Hillary Clinton’s fb page about her $258,000 received in traceable donations from Wells Fargo in 2016, on a post about Trump scamming that exact same amount from charity, before they instantly shadow banned me.

          • Veri1138

            Yep, that was enough.

Or, you could have replied to one of the FBI’s multimedia relations (running software that creates up to 150 fake user accounts on social media to spam propaganda) and pissed them off. So, them being in a snit led to an abuse of power.

Try to get on an airplane. That’ll tell you.

          • panem et circenses

I’m not sure how I could’ve pissed anyone else off unless they peeked my page and found one of my jokes insulting (very likely), and that post was from a sock account. Not that that matters, I know. I don’t get in heated arguments or anything on fb either. I mostly make non-political jokes when I venture beyond my page.

          • Veri1138

Well, that means you posted something some government lackey was a little upset about. So, an abuse of power resulting in an entrapment scheme.

Start checking your spam account folder for any suspicious emails, also. Something like, “Take a Vacation in Syria” or the like, or “Join our Mosque in Brotherhood”.

          • Veri1138

            Oh, or…

Someone on a watchlist liked one too many of your posts. Post on any foreign sites like RT?

          • panem et circenses

Nah I avoid RT for the same reasons I avoid mainstream US media. That’s a possibility though. I’m involved in anarchy and philosophy groups with people around the world, though it’s all philosophical and historical and not the direct action type of groups.

          • Veri1138

Automated fishing expedition by The FBI or you replied to a poster (who was really an FBI propagandist pretending to be an original poster) in such a manner that really irked them.

If it keeps happening… First contact FB… then contact the FBI with your suspicions that Jihadis are trying to contact you and you don’t believe in such things.

            Turn the tables 🙂

What can I say? I like f*cking with them.

          • panem et circenses

I have posted on Al Jazeera English a couple times, but nothing inflammatory, and that page seems to be crawling with spec ops bots from different factions.

          • Veri1138

Al Jazeera is Qatar. Might as well as be a CIA front.

Play dumb. Contact FB and complain, though not in a racist manner. If that doesn’t resolve the problem, contact the FBI about suspicious Middle-Eastern types and what happened. Sound like a concerned citizen that is a little bit dumb about such things.

Your typical college educated Texan, should do the trick.

          • Veri1138

I’m serious. Looks like automated fishing expedition. So, since it is FBI… if it keeps up, do as I recommend. It’ll bring you some scrutiny… but then again… you already have some.

Put some egg on their face.

But remember, sound like a concerned typical suburban American Soccer Mom or Dad, from Texas or Oklahoma or Kansas…

And since you are concerned that it could be bad guys… you’re already authentic and concerned. The truth is always the best policy as well as the best lie (since no one likes the truth).

          • panem et circenses

Yeah, my only hesitation is that having nothing to hide is pretty meaningless when it comes to what those with a monopoly on violence can and can’t do. Freedom of speech is an illusion.

          • Veri1138

America is Rule of Policy. Where those who make policy decide how and to who the laws are applied, in whatever manner they deem necessary.

Ah, just don’t do anything right now. If it keeps up… for a few weeks, then be concerned. The automated fishing attack usually only should respond if you click on “Be My Jihadi Friend” Accept Button. Dismiss as soon as possible.

Don’t sweat it. Probably millions have recv’d the same fishing expedition.

Closest I come is that Rebecca Musser and I follow each other Twitter, that’s it). Maybe it’s also Facebook pages you look at that they factor in?

Once, I shifted some of my pay from a US account to a Polish account. $1,000.00. All of a sudden, I was having to answer questions about if I was funding terrorists. The money transfer resulted in The US Treasury, The FBI, NCTC, AWB (Polish), and other EU entities; having their tripwire tripped.

All those authorities, and yet big Banks can launder cartel, terrorist, criminal, and oligarch money with no questions asked for so long. Hundreds of billions of Euros and dollars and little of me with a legitimate transfer of $1,000 from one of my accounts to a foreign account…

        Has their balls sweating.

So, how come I believe that they really aren’t concerned about terrorists? /rhetorical question

            THanks. I like Social Capitalism.

If something needs doing, like a hi-speed rail road… bonds are sold to the locals so the locals can also benefit. Instead of being arranged by Wall Street.

I think some rural area did that in Wisconsin or Minnesota somewhere, to get hi-speed Internet. That way, people see an investment in their communities, while paying for their own services, while getting a dividend.

Instead of the Crony Capitalism we have now.

          • panem et circenses

There’s no difference between capitalism and crony capitalism. The marriage of capitalism and the state is the inevitable conclusion of the hierarchy of economic (which is also political) power.

Well, put the cloud in the middle of LA or Chicago or NY or Dallas or Washington, D.C., and that would be more correct.

    • panem et circenses

“Rebel” groups breaking the cease-fire dozens of times and the US blaming Assad and Putin for retaliating didn’t help anything either. That’s what happens when you supply jihadists whose goals aren’t the same as yours and don’t recognize any authority.

      • kreskin

There never was a cease fire , does Uncle Sam have any control over it’s iSIS and Al Qaeda allies ? Hell no . It was a ploy by the U.S. to buy time for their jihadist pals who were getting their asses kicked by Syrian government forces .

Our wonderful government did the same thing in Ukraine. As you may recall the thugs from Kiev were getting their asses kicked by the ethnic Russian Ukrainians in the east , Kerry and company called for a truce . On Putins advice the ethnic Russians agreed to it , Kiev forces used the time to regroup and re-arm , then went back on the attack .

The U.S. has no credibility , can’t be trusted , Moscow knows it .

    • kreskin

The New York Times serves as one of uncle Sam’s propaganda distributors … generally speaking.

Ash Carter is is a God damn lunatic , Frank Loonie Tunes Gaffney and John Bolton got nothin on him .

      • panem et circenses

Thanks 1970s Noam Chomsky for informing us of that fact. Hell, they may as well put a neon sign out front saying “Property of the US Government”.

        • panem et circenses

Does anyone truly believe that Operation Mockingbird ever ended?

    • kreskin

Sounds like the Russians have drawn the line . https://www.rt.com/news/361800-russia-syria-usa-aistrikes/

      • panem et circenses

        Like Obama’s “red line”?

        • Edwin

          pffft!!

          such a stooge

        • kreskin

Sounds like Obama is struggling to control the lunatics and madmen .By sending in the missiles I think Putin has decided to call Uncle Sam’s bluff . Wouldn’t you agree ? Certainly he isn’t backing down .

          • panem et circenses

I have no idea. That’s above my pay grade. I know that there’s a lot of posturing and that it can go on for a long time (remember the Cold War?), but I also know that it’s highly reckless a single spark could ignite a war.

          • kreskin

” It’s highly reckless a single spark could ignite a war.” Exactly , that’s what worries me .

          • panem et circenses

You can’t go wrong investing in sun block and Hellfire Missiles.

          • towerofbabel

In the last year of WWII, when Nazi defeat was already assured, more Germans lost their lives than in all of the preceding years of the war. Humans have an ridiculous knack for clinging to disastrous policies to save face. Mass destruction becomes more desirable that being embarrassed in front of your war mongering friends. Obama has let himself be painted into a corner. War is the most likely outcome, as absurd as it is.

        • kreskin

There have been a few of them , haven’t there?

This guy looks sillier and sillier with each passing day.
Even a magnificent library won’t correct that. It hasn’t in the past.

      • Shohanna

I like how they are saying he has the Highest approval rating of his term.. **nod** Like I believe that bullshit.

    • notisaidthepig

      Spiffy needs to see this!

    • SmotPoker

The cat has the same look on it’s face that I do when those idiot bible thumpers come around knocking on my door.

I am aggressively rude towards them, and warn them not to come around my place again or they would regret it.

If I recall correctly, I might have went a tad overboard with my threat to sell the mother/daughter combo into white slavery….

      Long overdue IMO.

When I start seeing the correct things blow up, I’ll lend a hand. Until then, it’s every man for himself.

Radical Transparency is all that is needed. The rest will take care of itself.
There is a reason why martyrs to the truth are attacked as terrorists even though they never lifted a finger in violence. The truth it terrorizing for those who depend on secrecy, coercion and violence to maintain control in all societies.

    • panem et circenses

Right “libertarian” garbage. Fuck the slave owning, genocidal founding fathers and fuck “muh private property rights”, and double-fuck replacing crony capitalism with the direct capitalist tyranny of “the good old days”. I don’t want to be part of any “revolution” the edgelord who wrote this is involved in.

WTF what happened to Panem’s post?

      • Ann Watson

The video wouldn’t run for me, standard message not allowed in my country, could be something to do with it.

        • Shohanna

Naw, it was something else. I got to read the message and was replying to it when it gave me an error message that it had been deleted. So I wanted to know what happened. That’s all.

      • 17

The sausage grinder says Panem deleted it.

  • SmotPoker

Gee why hasn’t a battalion or three of those Jew haters from Stormfront signing on to fight the Jews with the Palestinians? Common enemy right?

Oh wait, yeah, now I remember why, it’s because they are a bunch of sniveling, cowardly, keyboard warriors with hate in their hearts, and shit for brains.
