    I couldn’t keep my eyes open last nite and missed the Punk Fest going on. Was never all that into the punk genre, mainly because I was never exposed to it I guess. A good friend of mine introduced me to the Pera Ubu gang though. There was a shortlived ‘Punk’ bar that opened up in town about 5 years ago I loved going to and hanging out. It seemed to be the place where all the people who didn’t fit in anywhere else went so that was right up my ally. Admittedly tame compared to the hey day in the mid west but it was still a fun place.
