    Well, I was really just trying to help all the cool folks I know there, but apparently hit a nerve. Too bad. I don’t know Nebdem real well (at least under that name) but Rikki always seemed a good sort, to me. Oh well. As MVT said, the more the merrier, may their road rise to meet them, and all!

      I’m glad people there are starting to see what the situation there is…the scrubbed comments….the one-sided disputes…the control she seems to want over what sites people can visit and what comments they can make at other sites. There’s a real problem behind the scenes there that people aren’t aware of.

        Well, you’re not far wrong: My original post on TBR, about setting up a blog has been “detected as spam” which, in my experience, only happens when a Disqus thread owner marks a comment as such. Had it happen at C&L a few times before they up and ban-hammered me.
        
        Here, only actual spam will get marked and no comment will be auto-hidden unless its flagged by 25 or more commenters!

        There are several folks who are ready to jump ship as soon as you give the word. It seems we were all lead into a false sense of security and now don’t really have a stable “home”, having been banned from sites just for being associated with TBR. When you’ve got permenent location, and an idea of who’s invited or not (if you’re thinking of any requirements or restrictions), let me know. I’ll abide by your wishes in that regard. Thanks, brother.

        Invite folks on over. We’re light on content (and contributors) at the moment, but it’s never too early to get started on community!
        
        I work on the “Tit For Tat” method, so everyone’s invited until they demand otherwise. 🙂
        
        And this will, for the foreseeable future, be the permanent home, as it’s a sub-domain off my own host.

        Unk, I left a very big comment with several questions over on your Brexit page, and it’s disappeared. Has something happened?

        I’m not sure what happened. It didn’t appear for me either. When I checked it on the moderation panel it had the same status as other posts. Then, when I then reloaded the story page, it was there.

        Thanks for fixin’. It was marked as spam. Now it’s there. The top of the page still shows zero comments though. There’s your first bug?

  Just been up for a couple hours now. I’m still setting it up so we can have diaries for everyone who wants one, and can promote a diary. Already got it set up to filter posts at the home page level! 😀
